Shaedon Sharpe's defense has been really good last two games, and you can tell if he's playing good defense because Chauncey will give him increased playing time in the second half.

More importantly, the tank is back on...
13 straight missed field goals (mostly good looks)
Turnovers
Looking gassed like a team that's played 10 of 12 on the road

I'm just glad PG and Kawhi can get much needed rest in this game after such a energy draining game last night
Are the Raptors actually going to be a lottery team? I kinda don't understand why they're so much worse than last year...

Yeah, him playing definitely makes it easier, a missed layup to look like Russ.
A minute in and already the Lakers bringing it on both ends.
I owe Russ a huge apology.
Dude has been sensational since going to the bench. Bringing it on D much more now.

Trade AD for a shot blocker and shooter
And make it to play in tourny.

Play in?
When AD gets back we will be gunning for 1st.
By Kabro Go To PostKendrick Nunn gonna need an apology too.
Nunn and Dennis have delivered big the last two games.
Nunn’s 3s have been very timely in this game.

Good win, bad offensive performance. Durant as poor as I’ve seen him play, but we got lots of good looks and just didn’t make them. Some great passes from Simmons - he should have had another five assists - and Claxton HUGE though. Deserves the credit he’s getting.
Pelicans gonna be a real problem come playoff time. Supremely deep, supremely well coached.

Only watched the second half, it's a bit more satisfying getting a win in a game where both KD and Kyrie struggle. KD relying on Kyrie to bail him out on those last few possessions, and Royce/TJ picking their spots to go greenlight, is something we're probably going to need. Clax doing everything makes me want a decent backup for him even more.
Herb/Jose are as disruptive as advertised, and CJ might be the best 3rd option in the league. I don't see them losing in the first round if they get a top 4 seed.

I'm very sad I didn't get to watch the game because of work. I really wanted to see how Dyson and CJ held up.
Naji seems to have had a hell of a game. Love that dude. So many second round and undrafted players on this roster making positive impacts in games. Great to hear Herb and Jose did good stuff out there.

Yeah, it’s nice to be able to have some shooting depth to get them out of a hole. The big ‘what if Harden/Durant/Irving were all fit’ is never going to be answered, but Marks has done as good a job as possible restructuring after Harden left imo.

Naji was great. Really aggressive. Got pissed off with Simmons at some point and batted his hand away, lol

Naji plays on the border of angry and arrogant all the time, so that doesn't surprise me. It sometimes leads to awesome highlights and othertimes leads to real facepalm moments. He never lets up, though. Him and Jose are probably my favorite players to cheer for on the team. So much charisma and I just adore their never ending aggression.
Went to my nephews game yesterday against the top team in the area, and it was shockingly high level of basketball being played by middle schoolers. Both teams were undefeated, my nephews team was playing in front of an away crowd that was maybe 500 in a tiny gym. I can't believe how good the game was, they lost in OT, my nephews team had a chance to win but some poor kid missed 2 freethrows that would have given them the lead with like 15 secs left, and the same kid front rimmed a half court shot that would have won it at the buzzer. My nephew played great, the +/- nerds would have been going crazy over him, every time he was on the court they played even, every time he left they fell behind. I could see he was a little nervous in the 4th, but settled down as it went on. His teammate is a nut and shot them out of it in OT, he's good but selfish where as my nephew was finding teammates, and the same kids father is the typical sports dad yelling at his kid. My dude literally yelled out "you're dribbling like a girl!!!!" with his whole chest when his son got stripped.
The coach basically played a 9 man rotation, only 3 sixth graders played yesterday, and when my nephew would come out the game the other 6th graders who didn't play would make someone get up so he could sit down since this is NYC and there weren't enough chairs for all the kids. They respect the gawd. All in all, I can't believe the game was that good, also there's a big kid on my nephews team that plays Jakob Poeltl, it's hilarious to see in person cause he's like 13 and 6'1" but plays exactly like Poeltl.
