Tatum neck and neck with Embiid is whatever, but Harden over Brown seems out of pocket, no? Also, Zion has played 4 more games than AD, and the same number of games as Lebron.

Also, Zion has played 4 more games than AD, and the same number of games as Lebron.Harden isn't what he was but he's still really good, I don't think it's that insane of a take. Especially not compared to the rest of this list.
By Sharp Go To PostHarden isn't what he was but he's still really good, I don't think it's that insane of a take. Especially not compared to the rest of this list. He's played less than 60% of the Sixers games
By reilo Go To PostHe's played less than 60% of the Sixers gamesVoters obviously don't care about that considering how many injured guys are on here.
By reilo Go To PostPlayers should be ineligible for ASG starter if they can't qualify just like scoring leader, etcI don't think that would go over well in the load management era... it would incentivize guys to play injured just to qualify.
By Sharp Go To PostI don't think that would go over well in the load management era… it would incentivize guys to play injured just to qualify.Totally disagree. Managing load and having dudes available for 85-90% of games while otherwise healthy is different from perpetually seeing a dumb prick like Anthony Davis as a Top 3 vote getter when he consistently misses 1-2 months before the ASG.
Maybe the real answer is to move the ASG back to end of March and allow for the break to occur just before the playoffs which could lead to healthier players and a better quality of play.
By DiPro Go To PostPeole really don't like Booker eh?I thought how godawful the Suns are without him would help his MVP case but I guess it's just lolSuns all day.
By DiPro Go To PostPeople really don't like Booker eh?how can anyone hate him acting like he gets stabbed in the back any time he drives into the paint and gets the lightest of contact
Booker hype is gone
His 70 point game hype is gone too lol
Celtics moving forward with Blake Griffin and Luke Kornet as the only centers is yikes

Sorry, meant back up centers
Even Al is getting destroyed by younger centers
By n8 dogg Go To PostMaybe the meta of "leave every player completely open from midrange" needs a couple of tweaks...
By Sharp Go To PostMaybe the meta of "leave every player completely open from midrange" needs a couple of tweaks…I mean if it's only one player showing up there then maybe its doing pretty well.
By diehard Go To PostI mean if it's only one player showing up there then maybe its doing pretty well.Basically the most elite midrange shooter of all time.
By n8 dogg Go To PostBe nice if the midrange came back. KD eating
By reilo Go To PostHad to look it up:Yeah he's a midrange god, I just feel like the fact that defenses have completely surrendered that shot benefits elite midrange guys even more to the point where it's kind of gamebreaking (since for him it's only slightly less efficient than a layup or corner three, but he can get a midrange attempt on pretty much any possession). But yeah maybe it's fine if there's only one guy like that, I just have the feeling that won't be the case if these defensive schemes continue.
Insane. On 430 attempts combined between 3ft-3pt.

But yeah maybe it's fine if there's only one guy like that, I just have the feeling that won't be the case if these defensive schemes continue. The Nets are also an elite 3PT% this season (2nd in 3P% at .391, although near the bottom in attempts), so yea, they would somehow benefit from taking more threes, but I imagine opposing defenses wouldn't want to mess with a team with a bunch of high caliber 3PT shooters.

So it's actually not in teams' best interests to defend him the way they are (i.e. drive him off the three point line). The question is whether any other player can take advantage of the meta the way he can.

By Kabro Go To PostHe is so ass dude, the only thing he cares about is chucking up 21 shots to get 20 points so some dumb team like the Lakers will think he's good and sign him to a bad contract.
