I believe the kid, everything about that scenario reads like something a lame ass dude like JA would do down to one of his weed carriers jumping in. This is probably how Drake handles things too.
KD definitely leaning into the homeless looking but rich guy Brooklyn aesthetic too.

You see it. Old heads in ownership watching these records fall seething, knowing that if they drop the hammer they'll lose out on revenue.
Edit: Same goes for traveling violations.

Not complaining - I actually think his performance was incredible. Those last 10 minutes were the epitome of someone putting a team on their back.
But if someone makes 101 points and breaks Wilt’s record on 8/17 FG and 85/89 FTs, I won’t be impressed (looking at you Embiid)
He had 5 assists yesterday just off cutting and attacking close outs. Hes such a high level role player already with potential to be more, love his game.

I'll take 1 guess who Robinson's favorite teammate is now.
I think you have to look at the Gobert trade wonder what they actually envisioned upon bringing him in. You also have to realize how good of a job Quin Snyder did making the Jazz so efficient for multiple seasons. I don't think Gobert is nearly as bad as everyone wants to pretend he is. He was putting up actual historic numbers. Just bad team building and coaching going on up there. I'm sure he can work somewhere else, but my goodness, it's not working in Minnesota and moving him will be nearly impossible.
I see what they were thinking with the big lineup in MN - using Rudy to cover up KAT's godawful defense by parking him under the basket. Thing is, KAT is a bad defender and nowhere near mobile enough to be on the perimeter and Rudy can't paper over that because he really needs to stay in the paint to be effective.
It didn't work in Utah come playoff time because their wing defenders were bad but man did they have an efficient as hell offense.
Need to trade KAT for a proper PF. Maybe Orlando wants him.

I don’t see what they were thinking trading for Gobert at all. It just didn’t make any sort of court sense. The haul they had to give up makes it even more jokes.

They saw Mobley and Allen but didn't remember the Embiid and Horford failure.
By blackace Go To Postwould be interesting to see how Scoot and Ball would coexist together.wouldn't be any stranger than ball/rozier. or the 3 guard lineups with ball/rozier/graham

By reilo Go To PostIt's over for Ja. He's gonna be the new Fox...
By masud Go To PostHe had insane college rim protection stats and people somehow decided that was just proof that college stats wouldn't translate to the NBA because obviously he was just a big dude clowning on smaller guys...
Lol Minnesota…
Also I really hope some dumb team trades something of value for Kuzma.
By reilo Go To PostScoot is great and the clear #2 in this draft, but I'm not sure I buy the "he'd be #1 in any other draft" stuff people like to throw around. I'm probably just a hater but I see a lot of John Wall in his game (including people thinking he's a good shooter when he actually isn't) which is not a positive.
I don't know about 'any' other draft, yeah.
There are some drafts so horrendous we don't speak on though

Celtics the most fraudulent. The last few Finals losers have not had much success getting back there.
