By DY_nasty Go To Posti don't get how people trying to say dirty plays should be met with a fair one lolRight?
nah you in it now
Worst thing about the Wagner play is there was nothing Hayes could do because if he touched the ball, it would have been an over and back.. So he was really just being a goon for no reason.

By domino Go To PostThis reminds me, y'all count those prime Blake Griffin baskets where he would throw the basket in as dunks?
By s y Go To PostThis reminds me, y'all count those prime Blake Griffin baskets where he would throw the basket in as dunks?Pretty sure as long as the ball never arcs upwards it's considered a dunk so yeah.
By s y Go To PostThis reminds me, y'all count those prime Blake Griffin baskets where he would throw the basket in as dunks? If you hand doesn't (or at least, can't) touch the rim it aint a dunk to me.
By Sharp Go To PostPretty sure as long as the ball never arcs upwards it's considered a dunk so yeah.So are all non upward arching tip ins classified as put-back dunks?
By s y Go To PostSo are all non upward arching tip ins classified as put-back dunks?I think technically yes as long as your hands are above the rim, but I'd bet the scorers categorize them as tip ins and don't really differentiate.
Edit: I just looked up the official definition and it says you have to "control the ball above the rim" which probably excludes tip ins.

Nah, those just really aggressive finger rolls as far as I'm concerned. You gotta touch the rim in my eyes.

Getting punched in the back of the head is pretty fucking dangerous.
Lakers got a chip
That saved his LA career
He’s definitely gone when his son is drafted
No one will ever break that record of a father and son playing meaningful minutes/scoring in a pro league

Lebron could easily demand a trade, but that would hurt the legacy and fuck up his production empire. He's telling the Lakers to trade the picks or he retires at the end of the year, which is the only real leverage he has left. It's a poor bluff, because as wealthy as he is $90 million is still $90 million.

Trade lebron or give up a pick.
What a waste of season of nothing doing either.

We got our answer on what Julius Peppers would look like in the NBA if he had elite basketball skill. That boy is strong for no reason.

Tonight was the first time my gf and I got to see Zion in person. It was also good first 40 point game. That was pretty cool.
By reilo Go To PostMeh. The Lakers will always get bailed out eventually no matter how many dumb decisions they make, they're the Lakers. Do they still have their 2025 pick? There's supposed to be some absolutely insane talent in that draft.

Edit: Pelicans can choose between 2024 or 2025 unprotected lmao. I know the Lakers got a ring out of it but it really makes me wonder whether the Mavs should seriously consider trading Luka if they can get a return like the AD one. Though I guess most likely it wouldn't be worth that much since Luka isn't injury prone and most contenders aren't trying to build around a 35 year old star... pretty much just the Warriors I guess?
