By bud Go To Postwoke up this morning and actually felt the arsenal blues. You're still top of the league.
I can't believe a company rich enough to be the main shirt sponsor of one of the biggest PL clubs in engaged in unethical practises. Stop the press this is huge, there may even be others!
By barber Go To PostWhen did Will become full sith?
Mate, Standard Chartered are a global bank. It would be more surprising to hear of a bank that wasn't involved/invested/connected to this kind of shit. It just seems a bit daft and a bit unfair to directly tie Diaz to it

Exactly, in fact I think these things shouldn't be reported on at all unless they pass an arbitrary SHOCKING NEWS rating as regulated by SLAENT members.
Anyways, imo Diaz should now be allowed to select no more than 3 SC board members to kill.

Got no problem with the story being reported, I don't like making Diaz the subject of it though as if that's the most important part. Feels like that could a the footnote of the story rather than the main focus, that feels sly to me...
By TheArsenal Go To PostImagine how stupid you lot will look if mou wins serie a hahahaYeah, imagine. Not happening though.
Despite putting five goals past their opponents, in his post-match interview that appeared on Marca, Gennaro Gattuso explained that things could have gone even better:
“I’m a bit angry. We conceded a goal, we missed some passes and Ilaix received a red card. We have to always play 100 minutes at our best, concentrated. I lost a Champions League final when we were winning 3-0 against Liverpool and I saw the Virgin Mary in person.
“I think that in football you have to play with respect and always be at your best. I always say that this team trains very well, with an incredible mentality. I’m happy with the way we won, yes,” he added.
How did no one follow up on the Virgin Mary comment?

People say it is classic Arsenal vs United, and it fucking was.
We played out best football for 20 minutes under Arteta. The only time I felt with supreme confidence that we were gonna score.

Pretty cool of the club to support the people that lost their hair over that Willock VAR decision on Saturday

Disgraceful to treat your best player ever like that. Disappointed with Manchester Football Club. The guy could play anywhere on the pitch as a great manager once said.
Ahh, nostalgia. I remember reading this article in 2011, at a time when I wanted both players at Liverpool.

Ah, what a time it was.
Boss Steve Kean has boldly stated that the financial muscle of Venky's means Rovers are no longer a selling club.
By Laboured Go To PostAh, what a time it was.
To this day, the mere mention of Steve Kean gives me PTSD of THAT image being spammed through entire pages of the footy thread.
By TheArsenal Go To PostWas that the one where it was so high resolution that you could see his sweat pores?
Yeah and more.
Rarely have I heard that a team 'dominated' their opponent as much as after this Arsenal game. You'd think it was a repeat of De Gea's one-man-show at The Emirates :lol
I'd forgive them if they were fans of a different club that wasn't used to losing games in this way.
Some real strange online discourse.

arsenal musings ep. 1 - the day after the day before today
+ odegaard has levelled up tremendously this season. every touch is phenomenal. notice how he almost always manages to turn away in the right direction even with an opponent right on him. his vision is so good. he is better and more complete than ozil. would like to see him get more effect, though, but i guess that's the next step in his evolution towards becoming the best midfielder in the world. sincerely, he's a world class talent. only 23, too. allah.
- sambi is good. he's talented. but at this point, he's about two years off of being a proper midfielder. as it stands now, he's a bit like a kid playing with adults. the drop from partey to sambi is just 2 big 4 me.
- nketiah. again, good. talented. but like sambi, he's a few years off from being a proper striker. again, the drop jesus to nketiah is just 2 big 4 me.
~ twelve premier league games until the winter transfer window opens. may these lads survive until then and may the club get some reinforcements in that window, inshallah.

His body has changed recently or something, he's absolutely huge now and a lot of his technique has improved. If he can get his end product back I think he could be a great option in games where you need someone physical

Witch doctor accusations aside; Pogba simply can't stay fit anymore. He was frequently injured from 2019 onwards and missed a lot of games.
Thanks for not signing that contract.
Now that CR7 has calmed down and accepted his role - seems there is harmony in the dressing room.

By Laboured Go To PostHixxy are you expecting Amad to start against Boro?
I do not expect him to ever start unless we have injuries. He will not displace either wingback for obvious reasons, nor either of the strikers. And he definitely won't start over Pritchard.
I don't get why we signed him to be honest. As cover for the front two is all I can think of.
By domino Go To PostIn the nba that’s a whole season recovery I think
Weak lads.
Was diagnosed with it, still said fuck it and went for a run. Heard a pop, was all better. Doctor thought it was a miracle when I went for a checkup.
