By Daz Go To PostOur pursuit for FDJ is over if we're after Rabiot.Probably. Won't discount ETH seeing McTominay in action and realising how fucked we are tho.
De Jong and Rabiot aren't that similar in play style.

In order to create this shortlist, we first looked at players aged 26 or below with 900-plus minutes played last season as a defensive midfielder.
We then ran a similarity test to find players with De Jong’s outstanding traits of link-up play volume from 2018-19 (how they contribute to their team’s build-up). Then we looked at players who also had a similar number of ball carries to him and then players who had a similar skill for progressive passing.
Then we looked to see which players had a high rating for ball retention, to make sure those carries and passes were more successful than not. We also looked at players who had similar levels of defending intensity and volume of ball recoveries/interceptions to De Jong.
By Laboured Go To PostAllah pls give me some sort of repreiveTime difference a hindrance lol. Cunts probably don't even check their own emails
In two years:
Roma are interested in Manchester United's Adrien Rabiot. However, they do not want to pay the £6m fee and would prefer a loan with no obligation to purchase the player. United need Rabiot's wages off their books as they continue their pursuit of Ajax's Mohammed Kudus.
The club are unwilling to meet the Dutch champions' €45m asking price, but remain hopeful that a deal can be struck after Fred's free transfer to Corinthians is finalised. The former Brazilian international is set to be excluded from this weekend's game against relegation rivals Everton, while United captain Scott McTominay is set to return following his three-match suspension.

So I think some of you, like me, were confused with why United’s goal was not ruled out yesterday.
Turns out it is because it was handball but didn’t directly result in the goal. Mac Allistar touching it made a goal. If he had gone in directly off Dalit, then it would have been ruled out.

By Daz Go To PostSo…Belotti?Has ETH ever worked with him before?
Rabiot would be a great signing, there's a reason why his mum call him the French Frenkster. Can tackle, good eye for a pass, can effortlessly dribble past 2-3 players, scores thunderbastards, great headers from corners. Double pivot Rabiot/McTerminator and United will be much more solid.
Meanwhile, everyone’s favourite is at it, again.

Arnoutovic and Rabiot, it is like nothing has changed at ManU. I remember LvG talking in an interview about his first transfer window. Were he had two weeks of looking at the squad after the WC and told the club what he needed and what was the most important (Left footed CB/DM/LB, as almost everyone was right footed) in that window. And the scouts told him they had no one in their system worldwide that fitted that bill and you ended up with two players (Blind/Rojo) he knew from WC.
Almost 10 years on, still the same. Average slaent poster playing FIFA and FM know probably better than anyone at ManU what's available in the world of football, lol

Rabiot is dressing room cancer, hope ETH is ready for daily texts by Rabiot's mom on why he should be starting
Also seems Arsenal and Liverpool are both interesting in Yeremy Pino, would be a great signing if true

Just remembered that a few seasons ago, United decided against pursuing Bissouma because he was too similar to McTominay and Fred. Now we're going for that same type of player and an inferior one at that.
What a club.
What a club.
Didn’t United miss out on Haaland from Salzburg because they said he was too fat or something? Vaguely remember that

No you're thinking of Marcel Bout saying De Ligt's dad was fat so was concerned he'd be naturally prone to being so too.
We didn't get Haaland because we weren't willing to agree to that release clause.

Wasn’t that De Light? Something like they analysed his dad and thought he would become a fat boy.
In the end, he didn’t turn fat, was just plain shit. Penalty and own goal machine.
You can look at a list of midfielders and attackers that have moved this summer and United showed no interest. It’s depressing.
We have to sign the RIGHT players says Ten Hag, and by right players, I assume he meant ones that cost 15 million Euros or less.

@ff we are signing Mathew Ryan. Wtf mens. I did not expect that considering Grabara is only out for two months, but that is how serious we take CL qual I guess.
It's a crap market for strikers right now. I get that.
But there were midfielders available. Is there something in the water at Carrington?
