Pedro Gonçalves has been on form on pre season but we lost Sarabia who was our main offensive threat last season.
A few of our players have seem still very out of form in pre season, mainly Matheus Nunes, Trincão and Marcus Edwards.
Fatawu is an exciting player but he is still adapting to European football, younger players like Rodrigo Ribeiro, Chermiti and Dário Essugo didn't seem as prepared for first team football as I expected.
The most worrisome case is Essugo as we only have 3 senior center mids in Ugarte, Morita and Matheus Nunes since Daniel Bragança got injured for 6 months.
I think the training staff was betting on Essugo to be the backup midfielder but he hasn't featured in the last pre season friendlies.
With our apparent lack of money, we will probably only get someone in the last days of the market on loan or if there's some great business opportunity.
With such a compact schedule until November, we could be having a complicated season.
