Emptyoldtrafford won't work against Liverpool.
It would have required a blockade of the entrance to the stadium.

Well sure you're never going to actually empty it, but a load of seats suddenly being empty would have been a big statement exactly because it was Liverpool (and even bigger because you were playing well). Not quite the same if you do it against Bournemouth.
We had the same thing under MA. It's fucking hard to organise meaningful protests at scale. Harder still when a fair % of fans in your stadium are just tourists.

Oh you're right, some people even flirted with a walk out, which would have been powerful especially when you're winning.
But we have the largest amount of Day-trippers m9, they come in, buy all the crap, the only thing we're emptying is the megastore.
The fan base is too massive.
You got people flying from all over the planet to come watch this.

It's insane man, look at the first page of their forum. Look at the number of replies in the threads, then look at the one about us (very bottom of the pic)
And they make these threads every couple of months 💀 I don't know if there's a stronger word than obsessed but...yeah...

Funny that.
By barber Go To PostThe release clause is €150m, pay it and he is Chelsea’s. Can’t deny that he has been looking distracted in the first 2 games of the season. Didn’t like his reaction to being subbed in the last game either.

Why not implement the restrictive La Liga model? If you in the negative you can't register new players. Seems a lot more sensible to sanction right away.

Seems like Marseille are paying us a €2m loan fee for Bailly and that they're obliged to purchase him for €10m if he plays 50% or more of Marseilles fixtures. Or if they qualify for the CL.
EPL has so much £££, don't think these players would sell for even half the Є's of that sum amount in La Liga. Same player, different league.
Either La Liga is really poor, like gone broke or there is some massive asset bubble, specifically in the EPL. Or both. Most asset prices have come down drastically recently, but this business has seemingly shrugged off the impacts of the war, inflation, interest rate hikes and so on. It's kinda weird.

It makes sense we're on the watch list. Our revenue is not increasing without UCL for the 5th? season in a row and we're spending like never before for a long time now. If we don't make top 4 or win the Europa, we're fucked.

Times are basing most of that article on Swiss Ramble's twitter thread which even mentions that we're fine on FFP even though we're skating close to it.
I'm not worried FFP is a myth anyway, it's laughable how teams like City, Chelsea and PSG get around it by pumping money into the club from businesses that they set up for the sole purpose of laundering money.

I'd have much rather had a Liverpool win yesterday cause they'll undoubtedly finish above us. Giving United confidence is scary, top 4 battle might be crazy if they get their shit together, same for Chelsea.
