No. But that was the reaction at you listing him as a potential option out wide.
He'd probably be of more use in CDM these days compared to out wide in a pressing team.

Eh, I guess I meant he’ll come wide often to pick up the ball and someone else goes central.
Here are Manchester Club's backups for the front three. Leaving my feelings aside and just being realistic here.
Amad - europa and cup games or loaned out
Pellistri - loaned out
Elanga - yup, he's a backup
Chong - ...lol
Garnacho - no pre-season minutes, clearly not deemed ready
Shoretire - not even on tour? probably loaned out
Ronaldo - siuu
I got no sense of how good Antony is, or if he's worth his pricetag, but the club needs another senior forward.

Getting our business done early had made it really hard to while away the time at work looking at football news
Chelsea's defense is going to be a mess. A midget, the french Maguire, an ancient Thiago Silva and Chalobah.

Good news, need to get Saka to extend too.
That is great news.
Zola is the Italian with the best career in the PL, but the the tweet asked who was the best player from each country to play in the PL.
So my answer is Vialli followed by Mancini.

The best English player is probably Terry, since defenders/GKs are always underrated in these best player lists. But if you must have an attacker, it should be Shearer
Rooney is the most talented English player, his prime was better than anyone else I have seen.
Also, I think Rio is a better player than Terry.

It is nice to finally get appreciation.
Teenager Rooney was one of my favourite players to ever watch. Him and teenage Ronaldo (og) in a front two would be unstoppable.
By Willkiller Go To PostRooney was unbelievable in his primeHe was a beast for England
For Man U
in Euro 2004
Would argue Rooney both had the best career of an English player AND is the best English player in PL history tbh. Man Utd and England’s record goalscorer, five league titles, a CL, the unselfishness when Ronaldo peaked, the iconic goals, the longevity… a bad, bad end, but there was around 10-12 years of really good performances. Should have just gone at the same time Fergie did.
Damn Rooney only being 36. Ronaldo and Ibra still out there actively playing at top level. Feels like Rooney has been away for a long time already.

He's comfortably England's (as in the national team) most disappointing player IMO. That's not to say he had a bad career, but him being top goal scorer doesn't really mean much at all really, he's England's second most capped player and his goal ratio is pretty poor as a result.
6 goals at the Euros
1 goal at the World Cup
is a pretty shocking return for how good he was in general. His best ever England period was in his first 9 games, and he went on to play 110 more.

I fucking wish.
Flying off to Kos tomorrow tho, so that'll be nice provided my flight isn't cancelled.

Wayne Rooney is a prime example of why athletes have to take care of their bodies 365 days a week.
He should still be at United making contributions.
