Played well too. Suspect all the Aus fans there were those usual online-type cretins who blame Hiroshima on Maguire etc.

At least him and Martinez can mark each other on corners then
By JesalR Go To PostSeems like we’re potentially going for Maddison. Not 100% sure about thatStop, you have enough players.
By Pedja Go To PostYou lot just piss off when things aren't going your way💀💀
By Laboured Go To PostWould seem to indicate that Jesal thinks we're trapped in the Jesalverse in perpetuity.I’ve never been more certain we’re not in the JesalVerse than today, in no way would I make it this hot.
Definitely the horse-verse, the heat is specifically designed to target the olds

Awww you're much too kind.
Just got home from my 5 a side match (where I put a man of the match performance with 4 assists and 3 goals) to see this score.
Need to catch the rerun later tonight.
Edit: seeing reports that the game was dirty as hell, Roma made 44 fouls in a friendly.

Brobback is a done deal according to Fab. Now we have our own Pogback. Transfer sum being around 20 million including bonusses for a guy that walked out the door for free last season. Silly business we should learn from. As should other young players. Brobbey is probably the best example of a young player too easily influenced by the people around him for the sake of money and not his career.
I do however love reading comments on Dutch websites now from rival fans. The jealousy for the money we can toss around tastes good.

By Laboured Go To PostYou going for Laird?
There are some rumours yeah. No one reliable yet as far a I know. But we do need an RWB. Klaiber is tragic against any club better than Dutch midtable. Rensch is talented but hasn't show much either. Would love to see someone come in for that position that would start games for us. No idea if Laird would even be good enough to fill in the position though.
I mean I'd like to joke that he'll cost you €55m but apparently he's in the last year of his contract.

Would like to keep Laird tbh. Right back isn't an area of strength for us and he has some potential.

He only stays if AWB leaves AND if there's no one else i nthe market ETH wants. Suspect he'll go tho.
Also, I get the feeling that Lingard vastly overestimated his standing amongst Premier League clubs.
https://www.espn.com/soccer/soccer-transfers/story/4703612/mls-off-table-as-jesse-lingard-mulls-premier-league-options-sources
Jesse Lingard will make a decision about his future by the weekend as West Ham United, Everton and Tottenham Hotspur all battle for his signature, sources have told ESPN.
The former Manchester United midfielder is also considering a lucrative offer from Abu Dhabi but a move to MLS has been ruled out, sources added. Lingard also has an offer on the table from a club in Saudi Arabia and a final decision about his next move is expected before Friday.
Lingard sounds like a CR7 case where his agent is telling everyone how in demand he is when he's not.
I bet there were more clubs in for him (Not Spurs haha), but none willing to pay his silly wages. Forrest might actually have come the closest to his demands, simple as. They've already spent 60m this summer, I can see it
Big mistake though
Big mistake though
A lot of United’s players fail to realise this is the pinnacle of their career, you’re not a great player leaving a falling club, it’s the other way around.
We sent Ten Hag to Manchester to fill our pockets and send a talented RWB our way. Some incredible strategy going on.
Lingard's agent is like those Sony executives who thought that re-releasing Morbius on the theaters would make a killing because the internet kept talking about the movie.
