By Daz Go To PostThe Assassination of Jurgen Klopp by the baldie Erik Hag Haaag.
Let's go for a ride, Jurgen Miller.
By n8 dogg Go To PostKidA you got it the wrong way round you fucking idiotIt doesn't matter. He's the cool one. And he outlives Ed Miller.
Jesse James DIES
Chelsea giving Koulibaly a 5 year contract is odd. I guess they’ve seen the value of experienced centre backs first hand.

Mendy
Azpi (?)
Kouli
Ake
James
Kante (?)
Kovacic (?)
Chilwell
Sterling
Havertz
Mount
That's a fucking terrible team 😔
Good GK. One good CB. Two good wing backs. Good attack. Theoretically good CMs.
Won’t win the league but won’t drop off massively in race for top 4. I’m sure Boehly will sign another midfielder or two.

Good GK who often ends up giving goals away, with tuchels insistence he has to play it out from the back
A left back that has been injured forever. One of the cbs who has to also backup as rb, and another cb who just really isn't very good. Kante who hasn't been truly good for some time and kovashit.
A forward who isn't really a forward, mount who isn't a proper winger and some city reject on the other wing

By Laboured Go To Post:lol Oh well have to move on now surely. He wants what he's owed by Barca.
Shame.
We wouldn't have kept negotiating with Barcelona for so long if we hadn't some sort of nod from FDJ that he was willing to sign. But yeah, publicly he seems determined to stay.
Only sliver of hope is that this is all over money and if Barca agree to pay what he's owed he'll leave. Doesn't seem likely however.

It does seem a gambit to say if they won't pay his deferred wages then he'll simply stay and fuck up their wage cap (and their ability to register their new signings).
By Laboured Go To PostIt does seem a gambit to say if they won't pay his deferred wages then he'll simply stay and fuck up their wage cap (and their ability to register their new signings).I think that is exactly what he is trying to do. It’s obvious Barca doesn’t want to pay him what he is owed if he should leave and he doesn’t even really want to leave in the first place. So you pay him what he is owed and he leaves or he stays and you still pay him what he is owed.
You don't enter a 10 week long negotiation without assurances of interest from the player.
That's not how this works.

Barca want to sell, quite obviously. Chelsea had arranged a medical for Raphinha after agreeing a fee….player said no and waited for Barca.
It’s so clear and obvious Barca themselves have been the ones driving the deal, not FDJ. They’ve purposely put him in an awkward spot, you don’t think clubs have ever forced players out? But the lad obviously doesn’t want to move. It’s black and white, I know it can be tough to accept your club isn’t a huge draw now, but in this specific case…he’s just not that into you.
If I was Barca and I wanted this to expensive player on big wages out…which club would I go for in the hopes that they’ll offer him such a big financial package it’ll be impossible for him to say no? Hmm.
It's just impossible to imagine he doesn't want united and ken hag
Finally some good news for Chelsea

Barcelona can always just not pay him what he’s owed, pretty sure that’s an option. Last resort they can just not register him and pretend he doesn’t work there.

I have said many many times that our only draw rigth now 10 Hag, we don't go for him if not but for 10 H.
We're not a draw, I've said this and so have many united fans. You're arguing against a point no one made. In the real world, you don't approach a player without some preliminary communication being exchanged at most at the agent level.

If worst comes to worst and De Jong doesn't join, at least we know there's a sizeable budget for a midfielder.
United briefed just the other day that we have back up targets in the event that we can't persuade Frenkie to join. If the possibility of a transfer is truly zero we should move on and focus on those now.

Am I saying FDJ has always been a 100% solid no? No. I'm absolutely sure he considered the option at a certain point, but it's still ultimately going to fall down to his decision and it seems like he's made it.

By Laboured Go To PostSounds like Martinez will get done for £46m total.Just seen the James Ducker story. FWIW, Mike Verweij, one of the better reporters for Ajax, says United have upped their bid and that Ajax are looking for a new CB to replace Martinez.
Our few good sources pouring a bit of cold water on Isak, we like him but don't want to blow the rest of the budget on him. Seems fair to me, we really do need a RW and a striker though...and ideally soon. I'd rather we go big for a RW and get a solid understudy to Wilson, Wilson is such a dangerous striker when fit we shouldn't be looking to replace him this season
Apparently he gave up on 2M€ of wages to play for us.
Really excited, he has quality despite two less than good seasons, he wants to play for us and prove himself, his best performances were when he was managed by Rúben Amorim.
Lots of Manchester based reporters going with the increased bid for Martinez. Hopefully this gets done soon. Then we can move on to whomever the fuck it is we're targeting for midfield.
Was pretty funny seeing Mourinho march onto the pitch in our friendly trying to get Luke O'Nien sent off lmao.
Only a friendly ofcourse but Roma didn't impress me too much until the young and direct lads came on and even then you can defend the result by saying we had two midfielders in our back four.
