They'll be hugely reluctant to sell him at all, not to City in particular imo
City were linked with Saka before he signed his first renewal a year or two ago when his first contract was running down. No surprise it’s happening again. Everyone will want him — he’s a phenomenal talent who is versatile.

I can confidently say, having been there last year, that being upset at city trying to take your players doesn't make the hurt go away
Salah’s antics are getting a bit bothersome. The latest is that he refused a request from Liverpool to undergo an injury scan before the match against Guinea. He was, of course, playing through injury, and will sit out the game against Ethiopia.
I feel we’re going to get the worst possible scenario: an aloof player running down his highly valuable contract to leave on a free transfer. I suppose the positive side is that we’ll have a full season to decide on and sign a replacement. Him signing a new contract at this point looks highly unlikely.
We’re going to go through a minor rebuild over the next season or two. We have one of the oldest squads in the PL now. Will need to recruit smart to be able to keep up the incredible form we’ve had over the past 4 years.

Just send him to Newcastle, Odd.

Any idea who you're looking at to bring in?

Only got a year left of his contract, so if that broke ass club wants some money...
It’s a shame for Pool they couldn’t move for Haaland. He would have been perfect for them, even better than for City.

We brought in the 19 y/o Portuguese William Carvalho, and apparently wanted Raphinha from Leeds, who turned us down in hopes of signing for Barça.
Otherwise the rumors say we’re interested in Darwin Nunez but I don’t trust that info given that I think he’s going to command a lot more money than he is worth.
End result, no fucking clue.

The Moyesblog was born out of pure irrational love for Manchester United and its traditions, if anything.
Atleti for Nunez?
Gvardiol seems wanted by everyone, but everything you hear points to him not wanting to leave. I imagine it'd be a world record fee for a defender, which just doesn't seem like it'll fly

Of course patetico are in for Darwin
I told you all about this already. Sell to a Mendes club so everyone can get a piece of the pie and some middleman company receives our money and pays it over 5 or 6 times so there’s even more money to steal. Same thing happened with Felix.

Very frustrating to see Madrid, who don't even need Tchouaméni right now, sign him for years down the line. Meanwhile Uniteds only senior central midfielders are Fred and McTominay.
That's not to say that we would, or even should, spend that much money on one midfielder. But rather that Madrid understands the value of quality midfielders and are actively looking to strengthen a midfield that has won like four Champions Leagues.

We were never signing Tchouaméni. The point I'm making is that Madrid have had the best midfield in world football since about 2014, but still see areas they can improve upon. They aren't being lazy in their success.
United aren't able to attract the same level as talent, but there surely dozens of midfielders around who could improve on what we have currently. Which is pure shit.

Horse, pls.
Bring Tielemans and Bissouma to Cleff, before one of them stays and the other ends up at Arsenal.

Clubs probably shouldn't be looking to bring Bissmouma in right now 😬
Edit: Although now that I think about it, perfect fit for United...

By Laboured Go To Postwho.gifThis guy is a stud. Would be a great signing for Utd. One of those guys who could be at a club for 10+ years, easily, due to his young age.
