By friskySHOOKface Go To PostThe suggested #4 pick didn’t play college basketball this year? Lol whatgonna be a lot of guys that didn't play a lot that are gonna fly up because of the combine and workouts due to all the reclass bullshit from the NCAA this year and next
By friskySHOOKface Go To PostThe suggested #4 pick didn’t play college basketball this year? Lol whatSharpe was the top recruit in his class but was ruled ineligible because of stuff around his high school credits and graduation status. It was kinda ridiculous, but he was an absolute top tier recruit.
Worth a dice roll if you're Sacramento, I guess. It's not like the Kings can be more embarrassing.
Congrats to the Magic (and eventually the Lakers...)
By s y Go To PostKnicks don't have a top 5 pick?Gotta prop up those small market teams. Maybe the 18th time will be the charm?
im surprised
By Smokey Go To PostI’m ok with 3Can't lose with either Jabari or Paolo. Good spot for the Rockets.

Orlando better take Paolo, that's the exact kind of player they need and the kind of player they haven't had in years.

By masud Go To PostThere's always that chance, can't be scared though that's how you end up with a roster full of guys with 7'5 wingspans that aren't good at sports…im saying that because duke - this is the same program, coach, system that's trotted out a LOT of guys in that role that fell face first for a lot of the same reasons. if this was football they'd look at these guys like spread offense qbs lol
only reason tatum broke away from that is because he dropped the PFisms for good the moment he declared for the draft and never looked back

How many more chances will these trash franchise get in the Top 4 and not do a fucking thing with it
By DY_nasty Go To PostOrlando has time to wait on Chet. They're probably the main team that'd regret not taking him imoI just think Smith is better. Especially, already have Mo on the squad... rolling out a Bamba Smith Issac front court would be long

And Mo is a Morris twin stunt double. Doubt he keeps his racism bottled up til his next contract too.
By masud Go To PostIf Orlando doesn't take Paulo it's another 10 years s of winter… Watch.Entirely possible ijs this ain't the "there's only one guy" draft
But you gotta plug your ears, squint your eyes, and turn off all the recent memory when it comes to Duke guys lately. They're putting guys in the league off brand recognition and volume alone. Paolo looks like that dude in clips but he's really not that kind of guy over the course of a game.
Meanwhile it gets harder to hate Chet the more you watch him play.
Orlando seems like the perfect place for Isaac. He can easily make connections for all his CPAC appearances
Paulo isn't that dude 😂
If he were even close to his sizzle reel, he would be a lock for 1st because people love getting players from solid schools.

By DY_nasty Go To PostEntirely possible ijs this ain't the "there's only one guy" draftI don't think there's one guy, it's entirely situational. Chets upside is a two-way star and that might end up being a better player than Paolo. I think high level role player is Jabaris most probable outcome and that could be better than Paulo too. But Paolo is the only guy with the potential to be an offensive hub out of the three. That's what Orlando needs and that's the kind of player they've avoided drafting in the past.

By giririsss Go To PostI disagree, a NBA player could make twitch/youtube streaming really lucrative for themselves. They could almost double the value of their endorsement contracts.
The risk is, the exposure and the ability to ruin both sources of income. Didn't some NASCAR driver lose his IRL spot over his behaviour in some online tournaments? Streaming without offending is a hard task.
There's also a question of whether it's good mentally, turning your "tune out and unwind" time into "make $$$'s time" would have to wear you down eventually.
Sorry, catching up on this thread, and maybe this has already been answered, but yes, a NASCAR driver by the name of Kyle Larson lost his ride. He has since been rehired by another team, but during the time of covid where races were not happening, the drivers would actually compete in an online race that was being broadcasted to fans, and then this dude used the n-word during the race. The guy himself is bi-racial (Japanese/White), not that it would I guess stop you from using a racist term, I suppose, but holy lord. I don't know., it's like again what is wrong with the world today.
