Ayton is weird because every time I see him actually get the ball he looks like Tim Duncan but for whatever reason he only gets like 12 deliberate touches per game.

Those two series against Kawhi really hardened this team. Everything's gonna seem easier when you don't have to defend a guy on that level.

Maxing Ayton is Odd.
His defence this series was bleh, and in 7 games, he got 53 rebounds. Sure there was the foul game, and this one where he played 17 mins. But he should have been feasting. But it felt like the Mavs got a lot of second chance points.
His offense was so bizarre the whole series, at times he looked like he should be a max guy. Posting, taking some off the dribble, and just rolling. Having that floater so he doesn't draw charges is huge, and he has great touch. Other times he looked lost and like he had no idea how to present and make him self available.
But CP3 going completely invisible after game 2 is what really killed them. But if he's that injured they need to just stop playing him.
Bridges blowing a ton of layups doesn't help.
