ELC is 6th and the Carabao Cup winners but Liverpool's spot goes to a league position again, right? If so, does that means 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th are CL. 5th and 6th are EL. 7th and 8th are ECL?
But then, what happens when Moyes' Boys win the EL?

2. Liverpool
3. Chelsea
