By Cleff Go To PostVarane injured on international duty. Maguire is the only defender we can rely upon to not get hurt. Are you not entraînement?
By MF Coom Go To PostWe should buy Nathan Aké and Mazraoui.
Mazraoui already plays for Ajax mate

By Laboured Go To PostThink that would be a much better appointment than Ten Hag or Pochettino.
By Laboured Go To PostPoch, Enrique and Ten Hag are all good choices I think.
I've said before that I'd prefer Poch as he has a track record of success in the PL. But I'm leaning towards Ten Hag right now. We desperately need a gifted coach who can drill tactics and automatisms into the side. Stuff that'll benefit them when the next manager comes in as well. Can't think of anyone better than Ten Hag for that.
Enrique is a talented coach for sure. But we wouldn't be able to get him until after the World Cup next January. We need a new coach in place by this summer. We can't sacrifice another season.
By Daz Go To PostBatong wont take the job.No I like the money, just not sure I'm enough of a cunt.
Oh and congrats PB and I guess frustrated and lunatic for reaching the corrupt WC - couldn't have picked a better one to join ;)
By Batong Go To PostNo I like the money, just not sure I'm enough of a cunt.I could answer that
By Perfect Blue Go To PostWe are getting out of our group once he comes back, idc who is in it, I am calling it now
We need Canada, Australia, England and Scotland in the same group. Bring back the Commonwealth Cup.
By Cleff Go To PostPoch, Enrique and Ten Hag are all good choices I think.Yeah, I'd take Enrique above both Poch and ETH. If only the World Cup was to hold in the normal time......

Would be 100% modern United to actually sign Kane, say there's no budget left and fail to address midfield.

Poch has success the same way Moyes did. Not saying he isn’t a good manager but he certainly wasn’t a successful one.
Also, if the report is correct and we're going for Kane, it's further confirmation that nothing has actually changed at United. We're still going for the wrong players at the wrong moment. You sign Kane when you've a settled playing style and strong squad. He's a player you get to win titles. Not someone you bank on to scrape your club back to relevancy. We need a striker, but it has to be a younger one who has yet to peak and will remain at a high level for years.
Signing Kane won't magically fix every problem we have. We won't be challenging for trophies next season. We'll hopefully be bedding in a new style of play and integrating a few new midfield signings. So that's one year gone and Kane is 30 then. We have maybe two or three more seasons of something close to his best after that.

I doubt we go for Kane.
I know we're run by loons. But it makes literally zero sense.
Between now and September, we'll be linked with every player living and dead. Heck, I tried to tip Batong for the manager job on this very thread.

By Oddinho Go To PostPoch has success the same way Moyes did. Not saying he isn’t a good manager but he certainly wasn’t a successful one.Winning trophies isn't the only metric for success. I think the work he did with Tottenham counts as a massive accomplishment.

I think the work he did with Tottenham counts as a massive accomplishment.Right and I’m saying that many view Moyes with the same admiration. “Success” doesn’t have a lot of leeway. Either you won stuff or you didn’t. Poch came close but was ultimately empty-handed. I think that matters.

A new Knack game is getting announced this week and all you guys can talk about is football. Fucking shameful.

By Batong Go To Post@shanksShanks has like 8 teams he supports. He can have all the success he wants with that

Dude is an exceptional coach.
The man to turn a team into winners?
Nope.
I don’t think he believes enough in himself to get the job done.
