the problem is that somehow these wild fucking lineup decisions get made when it comes to the clinch games. The manager has been making decent selections coming into this game, only to now decide on a back 3 with 1 cb that has barely played a full game in a season and a half. He put our fullbacks in midfield 5, and then stacked the 3 in the middle with 2 unproven players and Fraudoglu. None of them can win balls or do any actual defensive work, leaving the back 3 exposed all game. He puts Under in a striker role, so all of his midfield toolkit and skills go to waste. You see the game shit slightly when he brings on Enes as a striker and shifts Under back into his usual midfield role.
I'm tired Robbie. We'll go into the Euro qualifying with promises and proper lineups, only to throw away key games in the end so all the effort goes to waste again.
