I was going to mention the Reno area. Great minds think alike. I myself may move there one day because I too am a peasant and can’t afford Tahoe. Sounds ideal for maxxpower as it’s pretty chilly in Reno during the Fall/Winter and the summers aren’t too bad. Not like Vegas or Phoenix bad. Plus no state income tax, babay!
