By Meier Go To PostI keep hearing a chant that sounds like "We're not really here." Throws me off every time. The sound of silence.
@Martins I signed a guy named Youssef Chermiti in advance of losing Lorenzo Lucca since he seemed like a good prospect. Cost me $1.5m + $1m after 50 appearances. Not sure how he'll turn out in real life, but in my 24/25 season with Torino, he scored 27 goals and won the Golden Boot in Serie A and overall Golden Shoe for Europe in his first season leading the line. Maybe one to look out for.
Reo Hatate 4th greatest footballer of all time.

He is been called to train with the senior squad a few times, one of the two young strikers Rúben Amorim is keeping a close eye on.
Rodrigo Ribeiro is the other, 16 years old, was on the bench for two league cup games but never came on.
People who watch the B team and youth teams say they have potential to reach the senior squad.
Sarabia is on fire, 1 assist and 1 goal.
Would love to keep him but there's no way, he is too good for our league.

The team which live tweets every Raith Rovers game in conjunction with the club is ceasing its activities on protest of the signing of Goodwillie. That club just keeps tanking.

By Scum Go To PostPSG will be circling soon enough…Surprisingly no one is circling just yet (which honestly doesn't make much sense), but Arsenal and Spurs want my attacking fullback Tomas Esteves (Porto player irl). Brentford are trying to sign Tiago Luis (Benfica) off me as well. Young Portuguese players are about the only ones I can afford, lol.

I mean there is actual studies on this, that aren't just a list of matches a journalist remembers, like this will linked to before

We know. Everyone who isn't an anti vaxxer or straight up window licker knows. And facts won't change their minds either way
Tomás Esteves brother, Gonçalo, plays for us, came on for Porro on the 50th minute when we started to rotate the team.
He is going to be our starting RB after Porro, he is very good and still only 17.
Marcus Edwards came close to scoring twice. Really good debut and will only get better when he starts to get more integrated with the team.
Next week's game against Porto will be decisive, a win there and we cut the difference to just 3 points.
There are reports that Benfica's manager presented his resignation but Rui Costa didn't accept it.
They look terrible, team looks completely unorganized, league is lost as there's no way in hell that they'll overcome an 12 point difference to Porto, even the 6 points to Sporting look incredible difficult as Sporting was already superior to them and are stronger after 2 signings in January.
Eliminated from the Portuguese Cup by Porto, lost the League Cup to Sporting and they face Ajax in the Champions League.
It's going to be another season without silverware for them and most likely will have to play the qualification rounds for the Champions League.
It's going to be very interesting to see who is there next manager.
The club is very unstable, they have a bunch of players on high wages but not good enough (they "stole" João Mário from us by offering him almost as much as we pay for our 4 midfielders, Palhinha, Matheus Nunes, Ugarte and Daniel Bragança), they have a big list of players that they want to sell but no offers.

By Daz Go To Postwhy would you play in that temperature? They definitely picked Minnesota for this game knowing it would be cold and probably tougher for the Honduran players, but there is a massive cold front that is hitting the US right now in general so I'm sure they did not expect it to be as cold as it is.
USA playing that match in Southern Canada is a bigger human rights violation than anything Qatar has ever done

Reminds me of this Mo Diame goal a few years ago in terms of it just being.....weird
By domino Go To PostWow that Diame goal is wild lol
It was an important game too. 1st vs 2nd in the Championship. We moved ahead of Brighton thanks to that win, Diame's was the equaliser in the 81st minute, Perez scored in the 89th.
I was there, it was beautiful.
