The only real solution to this is some kind of wage or transfer cap and to tighten enforcement of FFP rules to make it as close to iron clad as possible. PSG, Manchester City, Newcastle United, etc. are merely natural conclusions of UEFA and FIFA's corrupt system that allows stuff like this to happen. They don't exist in a vacuum but rather are supported by the overall system.

EPL sells the whole league, all equal and all profit. Bottom teams garanteed income, ability to buy decend players and even if they drop down some safeguards in place.
La Liga, all rights sold individual and top teams earn so much more than 90% of the league and you have no competion and no one cares about most of it.
Perez killed his own league and now need something else, which would make La liga as a whole even worse (income gap even bigger).
