Kevin is exposing Mick quite easily
By FortuneFaded Go To PostCharles wanting to pit for softs
Was thinking it was more to push these tires hard for one more lap before he catches the traffic, rather than get softs.
By Shanks D Zoro Go To PostJust supreme.Albon?
In a class of his own right now.
Full controll for Ferrari and Charles
RBR hurt their tires to much to keep up in slow speed corners and amother dnf
Go george go ALBON, go Williams smart
Merc and RBR need updates otherwise season over quickly

Missed the race except the last 10 laps. Good race by the McLarens, but disappointing by Alonso. Leclerc was so much faster than all the others.
By FortuneFaded Go To PostAlbon?
Would not be mad if he had got Driver of the Day.
Only way it could have gone better is if they boxed Albon lap earlier and he got fastest lap on the soft too lol
By Vini.lad Go To PostMaybe this track just suited Ferrari more but Redbull way closer to Merc than Ferrari hereslow speed corners, you loose far more time in them and than you compensate and destroy front tire
Worrying
But if Ferrari after updates in imola/Barca still controls the race pace, their Championship, or better Charles
Jokes aside, how much involved are Honda on these 2022 engines? Is it them fucking it up or Redbull?

But new fuel and no more updates (ICE at least)so most Manufactures push the limits, you have the same engine next 3 years. (only reliability fixes). And no doubt some Honda personal left and you need to work in new people.
Great drive by charles, only one mistake the whole day and relatively minor.
Lewis mad that he couldn't team orders George.... cmon m8.

Max probably no engine but a fuel leak issues, so PU it self OK
And still no result posted beyond top 10 so this has to do in modern F1, oh and not 1.40 but 1.20 something fastest lap.

Fastest lap was a low 1.20. Like 1.20.2xx
The Ferrari looked incredibly good today (or, Charles' did at least)
10s gap before the first safety car near enough. Was building up another nicely before the other yellows too

Boring race compared to the arab races, Ferrari is a monster so the fight is for second place
good Merc/Mclaren recovey
back to the drawing board for RB/Honda

By FortuneFaded Go To PostWhat happened to Haas?I think their car is not as good at med speed corners (high speed +PU(stop and go)), Kevin was feeling ill Friday and started today on hards and lost out with SC fase and drop off pace in the end on meds & Mick being Mick (little off)
Few tenths slower in midfield and you are at the back if others find few tenths, see reverse this weekend with McLaren and Bahrain
Witnessed (and touched) the V8 Ferrari F1 car on Saturday while it was running Daytona's road course. What a fucking noise!! These V6s are trash compared to the V8s and V10s.
The V12s in the XX cars (599s, Enzo, LaFerrari) are batshit insane.

Race week, this weekend it is round 4 & Ferrari's homecoming, curious to see if it is as mad as it was in the Schumi years, Grand Prix d'Emilia Romagna at Imola.
Normally track witch you want traction and curb riding, wonder how much that changes (ride height rear) with downforce so much from the floors this year. Get the feeling from first 3 races that the Ferrari was a little softer sprung, so that might help them here. For RBR it is making sure you reach the S&F line, because a 50% finishing rate isn't be good enough, so hopefully they fixed their "fuel system'.
Midfield far to close to call and with a Sprint race added on top of mixed weather, we will see who comes out on top. Wonder how rain would effect current cars, as racing ride height has such an impact on floor downforce performances.
Don't expect to many mayor upgrades, as sprint race and only one FP session limits teams opportunities to test things, so more in Barca next race.
