By DY_nasty Go To PostNot totally. Organization at the chapter levels is largely its own thing until larger events take place or shit goes left. I haven't fucked with BLM in years but iirc their primary donations all end up in the same pipe then get redistributed. It's always been fugazi and the chapter I worked closest with actively encouraged people to donate to specific local causes or organizations with direct involvement in their mission.smart
I could drop a whole rant about them but if that property is the worst of it, I'd be shocked.

What is the US Presidency about if not just having some fun?
Well I mean … I like regulations like the below .
https://www.epa.gov/laws-regulations/summary-clean-water-act
. The Clean Water Act (CWA) establishes the basic structure for regulating discharges of pollutants into the waters of the United States and regulating quality standards for surface waters. The basis of the CWA was enacted in 1948 and was called the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, but the Act was significantly reorganized and expanded in 1972. "Clean Water Act" became the Act's common name with amendments in 1972. ……
The CWA made it unlawful to discharge any pollutant from a point source into navigable waters, unless a permit was obtained:

By DY_nasty Go To Postis that what actually happened or is it another twitter jumpscareRoberts has been pretty vehemently calling out rulings like this for the past year
In essence, the SC has been issuing "emergency" stays for states suing the federal government's long standing regulations (eg Clean Water Act claiming they don't have to enforce it) without actually having the legal arguments against it even go in front of the SC. The conservative majority has in almost all cases issued a ruling in favor of the states without any court proceedings even occurring, or in this instance even offering opinions as to why they ruled in favor of the states deciding to just not abide to 50 year old regulation anymore.
