Amazing how against green energy the GOP and TX repubs are when their state is actually doing really well with it.
If you can't destroy the planet, what even is the point of living?
Not sure how but Kamala need to dump a ton of money is Montana, without Tester ... she's pretty much gonna be kneecapped
She would have a change to gain the senate in 2028 flipping WI but ... if not ...
And if she's kneecapped 2028 can go worse because the Dems will not accomplish anything.

A drop in the share of Black first-year students at two elite colleges this school year has provided an early sign that the Supreme Court’s decision to end affirmative action could have an impact on racial diversity, at least at some of the nation’s more selective schools.keikaku
At Amherst College, the share of Black students decreased sharply — by eight percentage points — for this year’s entering class, according to data released on Thursday. It decreased more moderately at Tufts University, according to that school’s data. At the University of Virginia, which released its data on Friday, the percentage of Black students also dipped, but only slightly.
The new evidence comes after the Massachusetts Institute of Technology announced a sharp drop in Black enrollment, by 10 percentage points, last week.
Amherst’s data showed that the percentage of white students enrolling rose sharply, while the percentage of Asian American students rose slightly.
Hey guys, Trump didn’t say immigrants are poisoning our country, he just said these non-English speaking people are poisoning our country.
Fun article.

Most pennies produced by the U.S. Mint are given out as change but never spent; this creates an incessant demand for new pennies to replace them, so that cash transactions that necessitate pennies (i.e., any concluding with a sum whose final digit is 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8 or 9) can be settled. Because these replacement pennies will themselves not be spent, they will need to be replaced with new pennies that will also not be spent, and so will have to be replaced with new pennies that will not be spent, which will have to be replaced by new pennies (that will not be spent, and so will have to be replaced). In other words, we keep minting pennies because no one uses the pennies we mint.

Drone war in Ukraine is horrifying, I used to check CombatFootage and the PTSD those dudes had from drones is crazy. There's no amount of money you could pay me to be infantry in a future war.

Anti-drone guns apparently exist but you've got to know enemy drones are there first and there are probably a limited quantity of them available.
I immediately think of just using your own drone to follow your unit and that could just kamikaze other drones that are in range and aren't marked as friendly, but that would be giving away your position.
Trust and believe military tech companies are eating good these days. So many countermeasures and such for this new shit.

They just stay outside for hours cowering in fear behind their cars, bullet-proof armor, bullet shields, military grade weaponry and six hours of training, while teachers and students do heroic things that no one will ever remember them for.

An indictment unsealed Wednesday alleges a Tennessee content creation company was the tool a team of Russian propagandists used to infiltrate U.S. audiences with Kremlin-backed messaging.
Two Russian nationals who worked for Russia Today, a Russian state-controlled media outlet, were indicted on accusations they funneled nearly $10 million to a Tennessee-based online content creation company to publish English-language videos on social media sites like TikTok, Instagram, X and YouTube. The company's more than 2,000 videos posted in the last 10 months have been viewed more than 16 million times just on YouTube, according to the indictment.
The indictment, unsealed in the federal court for the Southern District of New York, doesn't identify the Tennessee company, but descriptions in the indictment match those of Tennessee-based Tenet Media.
