I don't think we're replacing him. There just hasn't been enough of a surge. It's going to require a huge surge and we've already had big names support him like AOC and Bernie. If Hakeem, Pelosi, and Schumer take a united stand altogether then maybe it can get done, but I don't think anything less will work in time.
I don't think Biden will have another "lost internet connection" moment. The gaffes will continue, but I think the media will get bored of them. The gaffes have always been there, they're just highlighted now because of the insane debate performance.
