“I NEED ONE MORE INDICTMENT TO ENSURE MY ELECTION.”
The Times morning podcast said the indictments help his fund raising and that he's using the PACs to float money back and forth as needed to pay attorneys.
So needing more indictments is probably accurate considering they're all-in on this path of grifting. They're burning more money than is coming in though.

Under a bill passed by the City Council on Thursday, restaurants will be allowed to continue to offer outdoor dining in roadways under a new licensing system. But those structures will have to be removed for the winter, and reconstructed in the spring — a requirement that some restaurateurs say will be a costly and onerous burden. This is idiotic, c'mon NYC
By n8 dogg Go To PostDonald Trump took to Truth Social ahead of this afternoon’s arraignment, writing in all caps:
“I AM NOW GOING TO WASHINGTON D.C, TO BE ARRESTED FOR HAVING CHALLENGED A CORRUPT, RIGGED, AND STOLEN ELECTION. IT IS A GREAT HONOR BECAUSE I AM BEING ARRESTED FOR YOU. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!”
Trump then went on to write:

By reilo Go To PostSay what?Analysts are attributing the narrow victory for the Tories in a London by-election to pushback against London's low traffic and low emissions streets program, and it appears to be a new culture war regarding cars.

Would be very modern Tories to extrapolate from a small win in a by-election the idea that being anti-environment is a vote-winner in the UK. But it'll be fun watching them try it.

Also, what's this review even gonna do 😂
It's a local municipality setting these laws, no?

Even funnier is that it's the Tories that initially mandated this scheme.
Yes, it appears to be implemented on a municipal and council level. I'm not too familiar how the UK works on this regard so I can't really say what the government and PM can do in this scenario. Especially since a court ruling deemed the concept lawful. Political pressure? idk. Looks like that Starmer bloke is taking Sunak's side lol wtf.
In this scenario in Canada if Trudeau or even the provincial Premier weighed in on Toronto's streets they would be told to get fucked.

This is in my neighbourhood. People protesting the proposed changes to car access in High Park. Counter protester gets pushed by a city employee in a car.

Starmer is siding with the Tories because a) it is unpopular and b) Khan is a potential future rival so better to get his hits in now.

Yeah, and I get why. £15 a day fees to drive an older car, when typically those cars are owned by poorer folk who can’t afford the upgrade.
I see the value in the scheme, but extending the zone in the middle of a major cost of living crisis does feel a little hard for some to swallow
