Is blue light from screens anything to worry about as far as harming your eyes? I never get the glasses lenses that filter blue light because I don’t like the yellow tint that they add… plus people that don’t wear glasses don’t have filters anyway.
The science of all that blue light blocking stuff was always kinda sketchy.

e: also, the only special lenses I have worn are stuff that help mitigate the flashing of fluorescent lights
