We had a guy at work take his life over the weekend. This time of year always makes me think about how isolated and suicidal I was 4/5 years ago around the same time. FF and others who haven't posted about it , I hope you find something like I was able to. I don't really know your suffering other than what you've told us, but for myself, I was able to overcome it over time and was able to find something to enjoy out of every day.
