By Diego! Go To PostDon't know Barnet but that looks overpriced even for a new buildhttps://www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/property/barnet-london-borough/?q=Barnet+%28London+Borough%29%2C+London&search_source=refine&beds_max=1
Doesn't look that expensive relative to other flats in the area.
By DiPro Go To Postthat looks pretty nice for 370k Charles. That's what they want you to think.
I since found out that it's not really in London so i retract my statement somewhat. Still not that high tbh.

i was surprised people complained about that price lol but then i put the location in google maps and it's 40 minute train ride to central london lol.
It is a borough of London. I generally find North London boroughs like to associate as being part of London more than South London ones

I think what bothers me most about that apartment and those like it is the size of the bedroom. The layouts on these things. Would even take a hit to my kitchen size. What exactly are you supposed to sleep on in there. And the closet is across from the window so it's even more a shit show of where you're putting the "bed." If you're a couple do you take turns?

I’ve been struggling to sleep lately, like 24 hours up, 6 asleep, 24 hours up and repeat. Getting frustrating because right now I have to be awake in 2 hours and I haven’t slept since the other night.
The older I get the less I want to be around anyone that isn't family or woman I'm interested in, and I realized if I won the lottery I'd probably become a hermit living in a really remote area. I used to love NYC when I was younger, now I hate going there because of how ugly and loud it is to me. My sister bought a house in a rural part of PA during the pandemic and I grew to love the quiet and slowness of it all, takes like 45 minutes just to get to the highway type place. I gotta get the fuck away from this city, I've lived in and around it my whole life, and I can safely say I hate city/suburb living, I watch the Last Alaskans and if I could have a modern home with solid internet in that remote of a place I'd do it in a heartbeat.

Stress, changed diet, using devices to long at the evening,...
Some melatonin to help you sleep might be a start.

My father has a sister that vanished on the family before I was born, my father hadn't seen or spoken to her for 30 years and then she just calls him out the blue oneday. I don't know how she did it, she didn't even come back when my grandmother died. I don't call her my Aunt, that bitch is a stranger to me who gets no love.

A place in the woods with a river or lake nearby, fiber internet, neighbors close enough to see but not hear on a daily basis, and an hour drive from a city or two, when needed.
Cities and even big towns are too busy, loud, and stinky for me. They also don't have near enough greenery to make me happy.

I might try the melatonin thing.
I see my best friend once every 2 weeks, same for my parents. I go to the gym in the middle of the night so I barely see anyone there, and I don't socialize there. I go on dates occassionally.
I'm a trainer at work so I socialize somewhat there to keep myself from becoming a true caveman, but that's about it.

The life, I don't want neighbors though, just nothing around me but trees and wildlife. The sounds of nature are all I need at this point, in contrast I live near a highway now, and you always hear it, at least now that the pandemic is ending I don't hear sirens 24/7. The dream is a modular container home dropped off in a remote area, but I need millions for that, think a gofundme would work?

I see my propaganda is working and 14 bricks is also becoming an anti-car radical. Good good

I think a local telecom does run fiber gigabit internet out that way, though.
wouldn't cost that much either, assuming you could get the locals to actually sell you the land there
