I'm glad I got to observe your class this afternoon. I'm ending my observation right now (after 30 minutes) because I've seen enough to be very confident in your teaching.
You’re doing an excellent job teaching [COURSE NUMBER] – as expected. You are clearly prepared, your audio-visual presentation is clear and easy to follow, you solicit questions (limited response), and you are careful to explain your thinking and the connections between the different calculations throughout your teaching.
I have ample information to defend the quality of your teaching and explain your methods and course structure. I am very happy with how this observation went today. We’ll touch base later this week as we follow up with the students.

A friend of mine recently went through a bout of a high heart rate during the day and it's because he wasn't getting enough oxygen while sleeping so his heart was doing overtime.

I don't know but I'd guess that I might, my ex said she would kick my legs or elbow me while we were sleeping to get me to stop snoring. I might need one of those bane CPAP masks to sleep in. My resting heart rate when I'm awake is between 65-75.
My dad and grandma both have sleep apnea and I snore like a mfer no matter what I do so I’ll probably develop that shit too if I haven’t already.
