Restarted my Chaos Gate campaign, thanks to wanting to do the new dlc. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like this wasn't balanced in the slightest and you don't even get to mess with the new unit, outside of specific situations. The new enemies can show up in regular missions, and automatically makes them more geared towards having the new thing...which you don't get, until later on (and not always) lmao. Umpteen pods, during early game is nonsense. I can do it, but they didn't do the best job integrating this into the main campaign.
