"Finished" Midnight Suns. I'm gonna keep leveling up my units and see how difficult the game gets (it ups the difficulty of some of the general missions when you complete it), but mannnnnnnnn this last story mission. Holy shit. Dope af.
I actually need a War of Chthon's Chosen expansion or the sequel bait they drop at the end with Dr. Doom.
This game's biggest fault is the pacing, at the start. Early game for sure gives the wrong impression.

yeah early game is definitely *far* more constricting than i'd realized. i haven't even got the full roster yet and there's been at least one new feature to every mechanic introduced.

My main problem is when there are two of them I don’t have a good range attack to attack from a distance and if I get in to attack one the other does the poison aoe attack that will stun lock you and then it is over.

It’s incredible. Just bought it on Xbox myself after finishing it 5/6 times on original release. Best combat I’ve ever played.

I believe that was Sekiro. I’m sure the combat is even less interesting in Ghost of Tsushima but if the rest of the game is compelling that won’t really bother me.
