Upward is a payload map, so you have to have people on the main route but if you're getting cooked in sniper sightlines there are alternative ways for you to get your scouts/spies to go harass the sniper off of you without them talking into a sentry gun/pyro nest.
That's part of why I think payload is the best multiplayer mode of all time. Because it allows a lot of versatility since you still have to anchor around the payload no matter how many paths you have to gank.

It’s simple enough for low level players to play while also allowing for high level play. If you don’t understand the mechanics of CS you’re gonna have a hard time.

I think, overall, it was a pretty fair review. It is certainly a niche product. When they mentioned it had a 3D printed build quality to it, well, that's because it is literally 3D printed. lol
Yes, it does take lots of time to set things up initially and also you do have to spend time configuring the software for each game. I also often do find myself having the key mapping displayed on my second monitor.
I don't remember ever thinking the switches start feeling greasy after use, but that may be an environment or body issue. I also don't have an issue with going left instead of up, but I also took the time to change the angle of the stick in the software so that I don't get any of those accidental inputs.
I'm surprised they didn't touch on games that don't support dual input (i.e. controller + mouse). There are some games that either don't allow it at all and others that have a hitch when switching between the two. Most flash different keybindings based on the last input, but don't have any actual in-game or performance impact. The way around this is to rebind the analog stick as WASD instead of a joystick, but that also kinda defeats the purpose of the controller.
Yeah, there are a ton of accessories that cost extra cash. I have a "restrictor" ring which limits how far the stick can physically move so that I don't have to move my thumb as much. I also had to experiment with different upper deadzones on my profiles to adjust for this.
The software also doesn't do a perfect job of calibrating stick deadzones, so I had to do some manual adjustments to get something that worked good enough.
All in all, I like it as a niche ergonomic option that saves my left hand from a lot of strain, especially during longer gaming sessions. But it does require an investment in time and money that many won't find worth it. And you also won't get analog movement in every game.

I generally play Long because as Wooden says, thinking for yourself is very difficult for some people.
Infact, generally, people will get a long spawn and ask to be boosted onto cat. I hate these people.

the inventory is a true struggle. in games like the witcher and so on, i always find a mod to turn it off... but in signalis it really works in its favour, as much as it can feel like a struggle at times.

It's really bad form to bottom out while typing, but I have been unable to avoid it despite trying for more than a decade.
