yeah i definitely don't think its for everyone because its got a lot of the lootershooter hang ups, but i still feel it did borderlands better than borderlands 3 did
By Yurtlicious Go To Postdata you tried Dusk yet ?No, but it's on my list. I'm focusing on my backlog for now. All my fellow boomer shooter fans like it though. And the dev is really active. Most boomer shooters are made by people who know the genre so they're almost always at least decent but rarely exceptional. Though I contend Ion Fury is the best one I've played
By Perfect Blue Go To PostI'm glad you didn't say "shlooter"that's a thing? 😒

Yeah its an metal edge piece that yiu use to hide a cut piece of tile that doesn’t come with a corner round
That’s spelled schluter tho

I don’t think pushing for AAA in VR is a worthwhile endeavour, but I’m glad to see Sony continue to invest in the hardware and software of VR.
Is PS VR2 using a standard OLED screen or OLED microdisplays, that's what I wanna know. Probably the former.
Specs for PSVR2 are sensational. I can deal with a single cable solution but it's a shame, the killer for me is PC support. if I can plug this thing into the PC (I don't expect official support) and easily play PC games I'd be in, if I can't then I'd still lean towards the next quest rather than getting this.
Going to be extremely interesting to see impressions at some point, if their eye tracking tech is great then the foveated rendering will be a game changer, if the eye tracking isn't...it won't be. Their haptic tech is also a great match for VR.

Sounds good, and I kind of love them going for big titles in vr tbh. But wired is quite a deal breaker for me. What made me use oculus a lot more over my rift, is that i could quickly set it anywhere.
If it's really good i might just still end up getting it, with gran turismo support.

By Laboured Go To PostPSVR2 probably the most exciting thing going on with PS5 right now.
says a lot about sony that the most exciting thing is a waste of time and money.
By EldritchTrapStar Go To Postlmao @ the stepdad catching the hands. That is fiiire
The last shot. wow
Just started the final loop on deathloop. I can see why people think it’s a little too directed, but it’s been fun, nice to mix up powers.
The aiming controls are arse though, the move curve on the sticks and the deadzones are terrible, legitimately bad.

Yeah PSVR is just a waste of resources, but Sony is on the path to self implosion again so it makes sense. Cars? Really Sony? Yikes
CCP made Genshin Impact bend the knee and change some of their designs. This is the first round of changes, outfits are optional everywhere else, but mandatory in Chinese version of the game
Old designs on the left
The next round of updates will be to make some of the male characters look less effeminate
They look better ngl

i will not have this censorship. lewd gaming is here to stay, and femboys is the way forward for video game characters.
By Laboured Go To PostPSVR2 probably the most exciting thing going on with PS5 right now.It will be the reason to push me into buying one. Barely touched my Xbox Series X since I got the Quest 2 and I've been looking into getting a PC but getting a PS5 and PSVR2 would probably be much cheaper.

I wonder how long until all the major pubs are doing this. I’m assuming EA Play Pro or whatever won’t be too long behind?
they can all do whatever they want as long as they continue to release their best games on gamepass lol
since Square is already on NFTs they might as well do this. I'll sub if they bring back some classics

By Daz Go To PostSame thing that happened to Netflix. Eventually, everyone will bring their own sub service.
would you say this doesnt sound... sustainable?
By LeonidDikapriovLung Go To Postwould you say this doesnt sound… sustainable?Depends on the pipeline in place to churn out content people want to play and keep their sub for.
By Daz Go To PostSame thing that happened to Netflix. Eventually, everyone will bring their own sub service.everyone already has their own sub service
but they all failed
which is why EA is back on Steam, why EA play is on both consoles, etc. does bethesda.net even exist anymore? what about the 2k launcher
By Yurtlicious Go To Postthey can all do whatever they want as long as they continue to release their best games on gamepass lolI imagine they’ll all put fewer new games on GP, PSNow, whatever the fuck Sony tries next. That or MS is paying well enough to even it out

i kinda feel that if your service can't stand on its own legs and ends up taking you right back to the platform you tried to leave = it didn't meet expectations
I really don't know if I actually like Loop Hero or not, it's addictive, sure and I keep coming back to it...but purely because I wanna see where this ends
the whole game is revolved around grinding mats and building and I'm not a fan of either, and my reward for progressing is more buildings and more mats.
I'm in limbo
save me

loop hero is like underrail. quality title and old school aesthetic that brings all of those vintage feels including the shit where they actively frustrate players for the hell of it
i hope you give shadow run hong kong a chance yurt. think you'd love it

Ubisoft + coming to Xbox is fantastic.
I'm fully off wanting to own any of their games but a £14.99 one month subscription just to touch them would be great.

By Andrew Go To PostUbisoft + coming to Xbox is fantastic.Exactly where I am. I subscribed for a month on PC, played a little of a few games, and then unsubscribed. I imagine I’ll do that a little with a few different services if they all come out.
