Seems the game is in dev hell currently. Original writer was kicked off the project and the narrative rebooted. I think the original premise of the game was to draw parallels with the end of high school and a meteor strike which was also coming.

No interest in SFVI for me the gameplay and animations look ripped from V and I did not like that game. The peak of the series and really fighting games in general for me was SFIV and its updates.
I'll cop. Going by the site, it's a mix of Third Strike, SF4, and SF5, in it's current iteration. Shit can change from now to release, of course. Hopefully, it's cohesive..
wow, the new performance mode improvements in horizon are crazy. I thought for sure they'd have to lower the level of detail to improve the IQ in that mode but this new temporal reconstruction is Insomniac tier.

just saw the state of play. RE4, and FF DMC 16 look cool. SF6 might be ok. I like 5 even with its problems but hopefully the series can get back to 3 and 4's level

State of Play made me excited for games again. I haven’t played much since the weather has been getting nicer and I’ve been out more, but that State of Play along with the few games coming out the next few months has me excited.
The only hype ting from state of play was Re4 remake being done by dev1 and not the RE3 remake shysters.
