Really missed opportunity to do Comanche from the start instead of a dub. Reckon you don't even need that much dialogue.
By Laboured Go To PostOut 5 August.I'm choosing to interpret this as they filmed the movie in English and then started from scratch in Comanche.
The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent
Gave this a solid 30 minutes and then turned it off, not for me, and I like Nicolas Cage mind you.

Everything Everywhere All At Once was incredible.
It's absolutely insane and ridiculous but also extremely emotional.
It's so well directed, all the different styles, aspect ratios and different colour grading.
Probably the best fighting scenes we are getting this year.
Truly a very special movie and I am glad it turned out to be a decent hit for A24.

By Laboured Go To PostLF lemme know what you think of Dashcam. Will do. Probably watching it on Friday since it's a national holiday here and I'll probably be hangover from a party I am going tomorrow.
By WoodenLung Go To Postpeople who said the unbearable weight of massive talent was good were lying
gonna give it another go but first 30 mins, woof
Really weird trailer, first minute is the horror/mystery that the other trailers have been, then it turns into....light sitcom?!
'The Spengler Family Saga.'
Hollywood, and fandoms who won't let dead dogs lay, are determined to milk that cash cow for all its worth.

Surprised Jaws starring the kid of the original shark has not been done yet
Back to the Future got a clause where they can't make any other movie without the creator consent so I'm glad that is safe at least

Watched Bergman Island today. Makes me want to go on a vacation to a secluded Scandinavian island for a week and just take photos. Mia Hansen-Løve one of the best doing it currently, dudes.

With that name I was very surprised to see she is French.
Just go to Svalbard imo
I've only seen L'Avenir of hers but look at this on wiki:
Mia Hansen-Løve (born 5 February 1981)
Hansen-Løve was in a relationship with director Olivier Assayas, who directed her in the films Late August, Early September and Sentimental Destinies
Late August, Early September (French: Fin août, début septembre) is a 1998 French drama film directed by Olivier Assayas and starring Mathieu Amalric.[3]
Olivier Assayas (born 25 January 1955)
By Punished Go To PostI've only seen L'Avenir of hers but look at this on wiki:Bergman Island is apparently a thinly veiled film about their relationship. Both the characters are directors writing their own films. Roth’s character is very clearly meant to be Assayas, there’s a part where the character says his next film is a kind of ghost story - Assayas’s last good film was Personal Shopper, a ghost story with Kristen Stewart.

Get Marty to make Color of Money sequel where Cruise has to pass the torch to a cocky hustler
Watched the Colour of Money this afternoon, never seen it before. Not S-Rank Scorsese but pretty close. Also good to see Tom Cruise acting in a serious drama unlike whatever it is he does these days. And I enjoy the meta aspect of Newman teaching Cruise to be a star.

Damn, the new Top Gun is the most incredible bit of American military propaganda I've ever seen. Imagine going from this shit to seeing the next Marvel film.
