By Perfect Blue Go To PostCrystal Skull > Temple of DoomSmokey, it’s time to lose your virginity
By reilo Go To PostWhat does that have to do with Batgirl? Both were HBO Max movies before the cunt Zaslav took over.
Evil Dead Rises had great early screenings scores and it was moved to a theatrical release before Zaslav came on board, Batgirl was getting scores similar to Black Adam and it was thrown to the bin.
By Freewheelin Go To Postthis might be the worst take in forum historyAt least the former is dumb fun even if terrible, the latter is just grim and the antithesis of fun, and also racist af. Temple of Doom is garbage.

Evil Dead Rises scored well so it's keeping it around and Batgirl didn't no idea why the Tweet brought it up? It kinda proves the point that it deserved to be cancelled if anything.

Only 1 and 3 are good. Temple of doom is pretty meh but everything in temple of doom is more believable than surviving a nuke in a fridge. Somehow asking me to believe an even older Indy could do this kinda action seems almost as implausible though.
I’ll probably end up not hating it when I can rent it because my expectations are so low

It doesn't work.
The fridge nuke scene is absolutely hilarious. Crystal Skull is a bad film but it’s a fun kind of bad, nahmean.
Temple of Doom is a fantastic movie. Very racist, very very misguided, but some incredible set pieces and such an oppressive tone throughout.

jesus lmao
I watched all the Indiana Jones recently and temple of doom felt the most return of the Jedi of the trilogy
First one is amazing and obviously the 3rd one gets by on Connery and ford's chemistry

Ocean's Eleven is good fun. Don Cheadle's cockney accent is horrendous and I always find it a bit weird when Julia Roberts is presented as a bombshell. Sub-plot between her and Ocean is a complete waste of time, felt like a box-ticking exercise.
By s y Go To Postblack Adam worth watching?Nope, not at all. it's incredibly bad.
By s y Go To Postlike, first suicide squad bad?Worse like Morbius bad
By Laboured Go To PostIt has a plucky kid with a skateboard in it. There's no way to redeem that.Streets of rage 2 has a plucky kid with roller skates in it

innit
By bud Go To Postthey've been around for ages.
that doesnt explain anything
I'm not calling it bad but there's something about last night in Soho that makes the film really hard to watch. It might be the mouse girl's mouse face
By Freewheelin Go To PostWatched Aftersun tonight, thought it was interesting and well-acted, but perhaps a bit too vague in its intentions. I would have liked a tad more to grab onto.
But good feature debut from both the young actress in it and the director.
Emotionless Dean strikes again.
Just watched it. What a great film, and tbh, I don't know how its intentions could have been more obvious.
Although again, a film i should probably watched with subtitles
