Wakanda Forever? Nah. Not as good as the first. If you want an example of why the Disney-Marvel can't leave a good thing alone, this is your example. Too much. Too much of the not-Navi blue people. Random Tony Stark replacement. Not enough Wakanda and how the loss of the king left an absence in their country.
Disappointing.

Saw The Mummy (Tom Cruise) as I am on a 3h bus trip and needed something I was curious to watch but bad so I wouldn't regret watching on a tablet.
It's almost impressive how bad this movie is. There's nothing likable about TC's character, no chemistry with the romantic interest and whole thing was just dumb.
Hilarious how they wanted to make a franchise out of this.

Agree with this review. It's how I felt watching is.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever Doesn’t Have the Answers
Enjoyed the Wonder. Highly recommended.
No idea why they break the fourth wall so overtly, got a few chuckles from the audience.

a colonizer in chains, now I’ve seen everything” line got some laughs at my black panther showing
Movie was alright, Namor was cool, new black panther was cool, iron heart was rushed, should’ve been a Disney+ show first

yeah about wakanda, its okay, couldve been better, that after credits scene is completely hokey writting
By Xpike Go To Postyeah about wakanda, its okay, couldve been better, that after credits scene is completely hokey writtingI'm glad to see someone else agree with me on the mid credits scene. It's such a weak and easy solution but most people seem to love it.
By Freewheelin Go To PostI didn't even watch the mid-credits scene lolStill at the beach, Nakia introduces Shuri to her young son named Toussaint and then the kid says his Wakandian name to Shuri, Prince T'Chala, son of King T'Chala.
It's explained that T'Chala wanted to keep the boy out of Wakanda so he could grow up with the pressure of the crown and that Queen Ramonda had met the boy.
By data Go To PostFeel the same way about breakfast club tbh
So to you, is The Breakfast Club just a film about 5 students in Saturday detention who don't get along and never do?
By DY_nasty Go To PostBack to the future getting several films is crazy to meIt's fine but I never get the reverence for it. Like they're good movies but why do so many gen xers care about the world of bttf
The trailer to Missing (next movie from the guys behind Searching) is so fucking spoilerish that it's annoying, even if it ends up having a twist in the movie.
By s y Go To PostWhy?Because he seems like a genuine nice guy who went through some shit including getting sexually assaulted being the president of Hollywood Foreign Press.
By s y Go To Postalways hated his face.Go f…ind one of his interviews and see how charming he is.
I enjoyed it. But then I always add a half star to my ratings when I see them on the Big Screen™.
Speaking of Big Screens and Catholic movies, happy 80th to Marty Scorsese.

Chris Hemsworth told Vanity Fair that he is planning to take a good chunk of time off work once his press tour for the Disney+ series “Limitless” wraps. In the fifth episode of the series, Hemsworth meets with a doctor and it’s revealed that the “Thor” actor has a genetic predisposition for Alzheimer’s disease. As Vanity Fair reports: “His makeup includes two copies of the gene APOE4, one from his mother, the other from his father, which studies have linked to an increased risk of Alzheimer’s disease.”
Although Hemsworth said “it’s not like I’ve been handed my resignation,” the actor is now eight to 10 times more likely to develop the disease. Hemsworth’s grandfather is currently diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease.
Had a friend of a friend who was born with a hole in his heart who just dropped dead one day. They never told him so he could live his life or whatever.

The Menu was alright. Did think half way through the film 'I bet this was on the Black List of unproduced screenplays'.
Should be thankful at least that there's a new Anya Taylor Joy or Florence Pugh film out every month.

How often do the screenplays on the Black List become good films? There’s usually a reason they are unproduced.

Smile was pretty good. It's not in any way original, it's very influenced by The Ring and It Follows but it's very well executed.
Final third is a bit uneven but I ended up enjoying it overall.
