Was happy to hear the Auba transfer was off because we could have used him even if he was on the bench. Now it's back on and we don't have a replacement, this club is a fucking joke.
By Willkiller Go To PostOh no, being linked to a late move for Mings
you really want that relegation
By maxpower Go To PostFrenkie, DeLigt and Donnie should have stayed at Ajax.
But that wouldn’t be fair to the rest of Europe. We play our part

I would have liked to see us get Bergwijn. Overmars will probably try again over the summer.
We did get Mo Ihattaren though. Would be cool to see him make it. Going from PSV to Juventus. Then to Sampdoria on loan. To end up with the Ajax reserves. Quite the journey.

By FortuneFaded Go To PostDidn't you dismiss rumours of Defoe a while ago?
I literally had him as my avatar for half the month until GugaQuiche.

We've signed him, loaned him back and are going to loan him out again to a European side in the summer. Sounds like Kroenke is now using the club to launder money.
By sohois Go To PostUsho puts it best. Gil can still come good, but Spurs can't afford the opportunity cost of having a 30m player go out on loan or sit on the bench the way a United or City can.Fair enough, but I just think it's a bit strong to call the transfer a disaster when it's only been 6 months (or a year as it will be). If it was his second season and he was still never playing, that would be a bigger issue. Especially since it also allowed them to get Lamela off the books and his salary savings were probably a good bit higher than Gil's.

Sounds like Kroenke is now using the club to launder money. He's a pretty fringe player as far as the national team goes (trained with them this month), so I suspect he wouldn't be able to get a work permit yet for Arsenal which is probably at least part of the reason he'd be loaned out again in the future. Doubt he cost much at least.

I guess the Dembele wage going off the books is probably the biggest thing. Maybe they'll just not register him even if he isn't sold today.

It's really nice to not have a duplicate of the Ozil situation.
Like, he's just gone. Potentially forever.

Did Aubameyang sign that new contract this summer or was it last?
Big big fuck up that they didn’t cash in on him then.

Bournemouth going for the “ah fuck money gonna run out if we don’t get promoted here lads, let’s punt it”
Have the handicap of Scott Parker as manager though so yeah gl with that. League 1 inside 3 years

They're getting him on a free transfer (so presumably actually released from his Arsenal contract before signing). He's then agreed to a small wage this season with promise of a big wage next season.
Barca are kicking all of their massive money issues down the road which definitely won't come back to haunt them.
Well, depends what you mean by rich companies.
In this case, the rich companies are the banks Barca is getting loans from. The Iron Bank will have its due.

I think Slimani has been the most asked question of the day on Fabrizio Romano's stream, still work in progress.
