I think PSG are on the right path, they're making huge investments in order to build up a team to win the CL and they'll continue to do so until they win the CL. Their signings like Neymar, Mbappe, Messi, Ramos, etc. will undoubtly attract more talent to PSG in the future.
Let's see how their CL campaign unfolds this year, it's a critical moment in their development.
Kulusevski is an interesting one. Juve obviously are desperate to get rid of him and he's flopped pretty hard for the price they paid.. but he's still young enough that it's probably worth taking a flyer on him because if he improves at all he's a good asset again. I can't imagine Juve sells him at a loss though so any fee feels like it will be far too high.
