no :(

Did pretty well with Derby, failed at Chelsea, but integrated lots of young players who are now key players for the club. I would have him back over Tuchel.
I don’t think he failed at Chelsea. Hit a bad patch but it’s not as if Tuchel is leagues ahead. Won CL, but then so did Di Matteo (and Grant made the final). Probably deserved to go, but he should get a chance somewhere else. Strikes me as being very selective though.

Seems Aulas has a habit of publicly knocking back bids for Lyon players only to eventually sell. Probably angling for a better fee.

By Xpike Go To PostDembele to PSG makes a lot of sense in how absolutely bad it isDembele is Barca's best player and they can't afford him so off to PSG he goes, just like their previous best player, and the one before.
PSG don't seem to be fizzled about attitude or injuries so Dembele is a good fit with Mbappe seemingly leaving end of season.

Palace could be a good move. They try to play decent football. Tbh I still don't quite get why it hasn't worked out for VDB at United. I've read the arguments about his lack of athleticism, but that just doesn't wash with me. His ability to link play and progress the ball outweighs his physical limitations.
Maybe he ultimately isn't good enough to become a regular at a side with top 4 aspirations. But it's not like he's been given a fair chance to stake a claim either.

Lol, Newcastle bidding for Broja. I'm enjoying that their transfer tactic is less about superstars and more about shithousing the teams around them
Those progressive passing and efficiency stats for Carrick. He's exactly the type of midfielder we're desperate for right now. In comparison to other United midfielder you can see how much we're missing a deep lying passer. Fred is all about pressing.
By FortuneFaded Go To PostOnly Prince Andrew would pay more than that for a 15 year-old.
By Plasma Go To PostCatching up since I didn't look at the board yesterday.. the way I laughed at both of these.

Their whole transfer policy appears to be seeing a rumour on twitter and bidding themselves.
Except on Chris Wood. No one else wanted Chris Wood
By Frustrated_me Go To PostDembele is Barca's best playerI don't think there's really been anything shown in his entire duration to suggest this. Obviously at Dortmund he looked like a world beater, but he's done nothing of note at Barca even when healthy. He's still young and if he can stay healthy maybe he'll be amazing at his next stop, but Barca won't miss him. What stings for them is spending so much and getting nothing out of it -- on and off the pitch.
Tbf to Newcastle they can just sort of go around bidding on people almost at random safe in the knowledge that the player they are bidding on has an 85% chance of being better than what they have.

I can't even find anything linking Broja to us, must be a development in the Jessalverse only

tuttomercatoweb rumours back when we decided to become italian that one year was a hoot
i miss the pl. we were insane. how did we not see these 5 years in league one coming?!
i miss the pl. we were insane. how did we not see these 5 years in league one coming?!
Most insane rumour for us this transfer window comes from a normally reliable Twitter account that has been claiming for almost a month that we are signing Han Kwang-Song and the latest "update" is that he will get an answer from UN tomorrow if can sign for an European team after proving he wasn't financing the North Korean government with his wages.
Personally think everyone should be attempting to get Newcastle relegated, so Man Utd should be commended.
