Happy new year, lads. I honestly all the best to every single one of you. May the next 12 months be terrific.
Happy New Year lads.
Went to the roof to watch the fireworks and it delivered, in fact blew away my expectations.
Here's hoping 2022 is better.

That Rom ran away when they were in trouble instead or sticking it out
Are we going to lose for the 10th time in a row in the league against City today? 😎
Surely there's no other club City get it so easy.

Stating January is always so depressing, Jan and Feb are the absolute worst

By Freewheelin Go To PostGood to see Tomiyasu is back, we probably have our best team out there today.
Our top goal scorer, who is also our most talented player, is on the bench.
Saw Chris Powell walking his dog about an hour and a half ago. Glad to report from his phone conversation he is not an anti-vaxxer.

I would leave out Laca. Have ESR play the false 9. But out of the players you mentioned, Martinelli. I think ESR is better and allows for the forward players to all switch positions seemlessly.

I was wrong about ESR for sure, he's very good. But c'mon, Saka is the best player right now, heigher ceiling (and younger) too.

Genuinely think ESR has the skillset to still be talked about as a top player in 12-13 years.
I love Saka, but he needs to be a lot more consistent with his end product.
I don’t think there is much difference between them.

Personally I think the problem here is the new formation, it’s never going to play to Bruno’s strengths IMO. Ralf can talk about two number 10s all he wants, there isn’t a number ten, there’s two wide playmakers at best but that’s just another word for wingers who can pass the ball.
Welcome to the ballad of Bruno. This is a footballer who spent the first half of 2021 as a Ballon d’Or candidate, team leader and exemplar of dressing-room standards. Last January Manchester United were top of the league and Fernandes was the best player in the country, mining his own rich seam of goals and assists, “demanding more” from those around him and creating a sense of life and purpose in the Solskjær bubble.
Fast forward to Thursday night and Fernandes missed the win against Burnley having been booked (for whinging) against Newcastle. In the meantime a kind of opinion-creep has wheedled its way in, a digital wave of revisionism. With a whiplash sense of urgency, Fernandes has been fingered as something else: a whinge-bag, penalty fraud and general tactical misfit, perhaps even a dressing-room toxin, to be rooted out by the fearless hand of Ralf.
