I've been working for 21 years, starting at 14 doing maintenance and groundskeeping at a public park, as part of a city program for kids too young to get jobs but who wanted work. $4.25/hour, 40 hours a week meant good money. Since then, worked at Burger King, DIY Home Warehouse, a bank, a sub shop, a clothing store, a wing spot, a pretzel spot, as an English teacher in Japan, and now as a game industry translator.

Delievering newspapers was the stuff I did when I was 12-16, than I worked in a moving company during my holiday breaks in school and after I graduated.
Really good source of money, but not really a job you can do for too long.

In high school I worked in Target in the lingerie section (started as a joke punishment from a manager, but I enjoyed it), then Marines for 5 years doing intelligence work. Got out and became a registered nurse.
Quit that in 2013 to pursue a job in IT and now I work as a Senior Security Consultant at the 5th biggest accounting firm in the country after having 2 shitty (but awesome for learning) IT jobs and then a dope IT job. I got my CISSP in January, so I make about 105k a year. Decent amount of travel (about 15-20%) and I manage a line of business, so all in all I'm happy.

Sales for more than 10 years. I love it but hate my actual company and I'm working hard to change to a better one.

My first job was at a car wash In high school. Bunch of my good friends and I all got hIred. Was fun but terrible. Hours weren't guaranteed and this was during Houston summers. We used to all say that if you got a job at a Walmart , you made it because you had AC...lol.

Interned at ExxonMobil my senior year. Did well enough to get full time offer and have been with them for the last 4.5 years.

Started working at a baseball card shop, then retail for the next 3-4 years (Banana Republic, Coffee Bean, etc.). Then it was as a resident aide in a group home with people who had mental illnesses. After that I worked in administration for a few years and call centers. In 2012 I was hired as a health insurance agent leading up to the Affordable Care Act for Blue Cross which was my favorite position. In 2013 when I decided to move to Atlanta I had to leave my position behind and then I decided to get into financial advising which has been my passion since.
My parents are 71 years old and still working and are terrified of outliving their money. Watching their challenges is what caused me to get into this. It's honestly the most challenging thing I've ever done but also the most rewarding in terms of helping others protect what's most important to them. Basically starting a business from scratch but it's going very well. Definitely see myself doing this for the rest of my working life.

Cleaned toilets in an airport for a summer and I've worked in a bookshop in that same airport for 4 years now. I'm a student as well, just had some difficulty deciding what I wanted to study.

I got a commission, so it wasn't the worst thing in the world -> self-employed seller of "things" and "stuff" :3 -> recruiter/promoter for a strip club out in Charlotte. learned a lot about life and perspective in general. -> intern for the bobcats -> intern for charlotte observer (meh)
dropped out of college because i was just wasting money and doing everything in college except going to class. started working at blockbuster for a while right before they completely capsized. was about to go into air force ROTC and get a commission but fell out with my dad and joined the army instead. human intel for the past 4 years, recently got out and enjoying my mid-life crisis
can't decide between film school, military (i'm reserve now so lol), or taking the ultimate whythefucknot and winging it on a degree in communicology

Retail. Lots of retail. Then a student worker position at the city of la doing website shit for the council districts and the mayor. Then mechanical / industrial distribution. Then I worked for a manufacturer direct in the mechanical / industrial market doing sales. I was brought into and electrical contractor to do pre-construction sales last year. Since last year I've done well training for the precon as a project manager. I'm now an APM working to be a PM managing huge jobs in LA. We're currently running Wilshire Grand, The Bloc and Metropolis in downtown Los Angeles.

I've only had two jobs, and I'm still in them. The first job I ever got was at a pharmacy as a technician, the second at an EBGames. Been 3 years for the first, about 4 months for the second. Nothing big. I'm only 20, then again.
My first ever job was working as a trainee/photographer graphic designer for a biomedical company in Birmingham (UK). I got fired after three months because I was constantly on neo-gaf (did my work) but the it killed the internet bandwidth. Second Job joined birmingham city council on trainee graphic designer, when my internship ended I realised fuck passion, get money and discovered recruitment was the easiest way to earn modeterly incredible amount of money. Now here I am, 6 years deep so pretty experienced and I work for a search firm specialising in artificial intelligence/data science, honestly love it, couldnt do anything else.
Worked in a shoe shop for mostly old ladies and mothers, was pretty decent. Then I worked in a car bodyshop. Interned in tech at Meryll Lynch, but turned down a full time offer. Was on a startup incubator last year, and now I'm the Technical Director of a startup in London. Only started a few weeks back, it's pretty awesome so far.
First job was independent contracting for the Chicago Sun Times, then independent contracting for Comcast. Then I moved on over to the retail space.

Since I was 16 I was old enough to do the subscription newspapers in the morning which I still do now at 23. I kind of want to quit, but I need the money for now to make due since I got my own place now.
Besides the newspapers I also work at the post office (since 2007). Used to also deliver, nowadays (since 2010 basically) I only work at the office. Preparing the mail for other folks who deliver it. Very relaxed atmosphere and nice co workers there. Only do it on saturday mornings. Sometimes on work days as well depending on my study schedule.
And since about 2010 I also have a job during week days to get by. Before that time I worked more hours for the post office but due to cuts they didn't need me on a steady basis anymore so I had to find some security elsewher. Most of that time I worked at Mediq Central Filling Pharmacy. An industrial pharmacy building where we take orders from people trough the internet. Their medicine is prescribed and they order the same thing on a regular basis. We just have to scan a barcode and a giant robot then tosses out the right medicines. Then we put some stickers on the boxes and put them in plastic bags. At the end of the day some trucks come pick up the whole load and then they get spread across the whole country. They have perfect shifts to combine with my study so it's an ideal job for me at the moment.
