Sorry, i meant Richard Graham. Current Reds coach.
The team isn't fit. Genia has been playing absolutely abysmally all year. Quade has been playing out of his skin. So has Rob Simmons. They may be the only two players on the team that are actually fit.
The current "game plan" has been horrible, and shit is totally disorganised. They're kicking away possession WAY too much.
Genia kicks 2/3 the time he touches the ball. It's fucking insane. He doesn't run at all anymore. I assume he's playing injured or scared. Probably the latter. But they can be on the 40M line, not a place you kick possession away from unless you're kicking DEEP into the corner. And he's just kicking. Aimlessley. And it's not planned, because none of the backs are standing flat ready to chase.
And he's not being held accountable. Graham needs to bench Genia ASAP. But he doesn't have the testicular fortitude to do that.
I'm a huge Horwill fan, but he's looked off game pace for most of the season. So does Saia Fainga.
And the defensive pattern is non existent. Teams are literally, just running sideways, and going around them. WHAT THE FUCK.
Graham needs to go, and they need to bring in someone who can enforce standards, and raise the fitness bar. Because this season has been terrible. This is the same bullshit he did over at the western force while he ruined that club.
Honestly, it's just embarassing.
Follow Rugby League, it's a better sport and one that isn't bankruptUhh, are you sure? there's a whole bunch of league teams in financial trouble too. And they've just done their TV rights.
TV deal was $1billion+, NRL made a $50million profit alone last year. That profit alone is more than the Super Rugby TV deal will be when it gets renewed this year. ARU boss keeps crying poor about a total $5-10million loss for the year.

The Balmain Tigers have some debt relating to their leagues club, but the other half of their joint venture (Western Suburbs Magpies) are doing fine. The Knights current owner is a bankrupt mining bogan but they had him put up a $10million guarantee as part of his ownership. Otherwise most of the clubs

South Sydney club chairman Nick Pappas believes all clubs should soon be profitable under the NRL's "revolutionary" new funding model for the game and those who aren't aren't may not deserve to be in the premiership.
Pappas and Warriors chairman Bill Wavish praised the new funding model outlined to Fairfax Media by NRL chief executive Dave Smith and said it would deliver certainty to all clubs for the next three years.
"It is revolutionary and my view is that if clubs don't perform with this level of funding they really shouldn't be around," Pappas said. "There is no more excuses, no more infighting, no more board squabbles. Every club should be able to move into profit mode with this promise of funding within the cycle of the plan."
Under the changes, which will come into effect from November 1, each club will receive a "participation payment" of $7.55 million, which will rise by $270,000 per year in accordance with the salary cap.

Quade has been probably the best player in Australia all season.
His passing has been accurate, creative, direct. He runs more. His kicking has been dead on target, and he's leading and organising the backs tremendously well.
If it weren't for him the team wouldn't have a single win.
wow mate guess you hate jews so much that you wont even give props to a man called israeloh yeah nah not talking about the season just the game.

He's been out injured a fair bit.
giri mate
plz can ur country get it together
the all blacks arent this good and the coaching regime really, really needs to be humbled... but right when you should challenge them properly and finally tear into hansen a little you implode in the worst way
literally made old man mccaw look good again (even tho hooper was actually better even today)
this was a game until the worst coaching decision of all time to not challenge scrums when yellow carded... and then you blew like four chances and gave up completely
is the state of international rugby this bad? because up against the historically great teams i wouldnt rate these all blacks at all and yet everyone else seems to suck even worse
what happened to this sport mate

Well, this is a p.great NZ team. Though i think they're at the end of their current reign rather than in a golden period. But the Wallabies are the only team in the last 4? years to atlesat not lose every game to NZ.
But yeah, the game was a mess. beale was terrible. I need to rewatch it really (had a few too many drinks that night). But .... ugh, it wasn't pretty. i thought it was closer than the scoreline, but the wallabies weren't good enough to win.
There's many things going on ATM in Au rugby, but the #1 problem is people being continually picked out of position. Guys like Beale aren't fly halfs. Bernard Foley is, but he's not that good. He's solid, but thats about it. Wallabies are desperate for Quade to comeback. He was a huge part of the reason for their turn around at the end of last year. And his lack of guidance is so telling on the field.
But yeah, saturday was embarassing.
