Long game, brother. Klopp finished eighth in his first season. What we need is time to implement a modern system.
Thought that opening 30 was some of the best football we've played in ages. The pressing was nice, but what I liked more was that we passed forward more frequently rather than the sideways and backwards dross we saw so often under Solksjaer. Plenty of movement off the ball to open up passing options for whomever had the ball.
We dropped off a bit in the last 15, but that's to be expected. We're probably not fit enough to implement the style for much longer than that.

Dalot makes a huge difference, tbh. He isn’t that good but he is an attacking full back.

In 2005, Zwayer was involved in the match fixing scandal which centered around. Bundesliga referee Robert Hoyzer, who took bribes to fix several matches which he officiated. Zwayer assisted him in a match and accepted a bribe of 300 euros to avoid critical scenes for Wuppertaler SV. In January 2005, he and three other high-ranking referees informed the DFB about Hoyzer's match fixing. He was subsequently banned from refereeing for 6 months, a suspension that was kept secret for several years until the German newspaper Die Zeit published a secret file from the German FA.
