I don't understand why teams take the foot off the gas after they score. Arsenal had the inertia going into the first goal and just kinda gave up. Only teams that don't do that, interestingly enough, are the top 3.

Only teams that don't do that, interestingly enough, are the top 3.It's very common trend recent years, especially for the coaches at big teams oddly enough. Get 1-0 lead, clearly dominate, then try to make a team that can't defend, defend the 1-0 lead instead of going for a 2nd. Then they lose grip of the game and draw, lose or struggle to get back into it to win.
McTominay hasn't necessary been worse than Fred, but he has been anonymous. He just hides when the ball is in Arsenal's half.
Rashford been awful on the right. Either play him on the LW or drop him.
