Then a few years ago they did this extra pay thing NBC Sports Gold and moved like 1/3rd of the games to that exclusively. Then they got rid of that and folded it into their Peacock subscription which was a better option for your value (same annual price of $60, but with other content), but there was still at least 1 game on cable if there were any playing. Now in this case they've got both games locked behind this additional paywall instead of any on TV itself. Peacock isn't super expensive, but in general it's a totally shit service so I don't subscribe to it.
