By LabouredSubterfuge Go To PostOrigi, Milner and Ings says that's unlikely Sal. If anything Liverpool are going to have to moneyball it to the max this summer. Could be very entertaining.
Should look to hoover up Chelsea's accretion disc. Lucas Piazon, for example. He's allegedly good, right ?
Brendan might want, philanthropically, to give Kakuta a steady home.

The fuck's going on there.
Wonder if McEachran would fancy it. Probably be able to swallow any resentment about Rodgers benching him at Swansea.
Aspas had one of those 'you're obligated to sign him clauses' in his loan.
Saw twitter stuffs about Liverpool wanting Benteke at £32m. Hmm/eek.
If you weren't already hyped for Mad Max, you should be now that 'Men's Rights Activists'/man-children have called for its boycott.

That is indeed interesting.
If Juve go to final, i can see them beating us. Their keeper is better, their defence is better, their midfield is better.
Only the brilliance of NMS can save us.

He plays mostly on the right.
Don't Shanks pls me.
I believed he played mostly on the left last year and only played on the right for Italy because of MDS. Even this season he has played more on the left than the right. He just played against Juve when he had a goal and an assist on the left.

Wonder how many Liverpool fans are relatively glad to see the back of him, or if the nostalgia of his best days is enough to keep them wanting him.

At least he's honest about it. I mean - obv it is selfish and for whatever reason he isn't comfortable saying that but he's not pretending it's anything other than him wanting to play regularly.
Although not quite sure what the buzz is gonna be like over in the MLS.

By nate Go To PostKin ell Gerrard :lolAs with so many older players, it's not that he wouldn't be an asset to the squad if he stayed. But because Rodgers - like many other managers - can't seem to drop him from the first XI, he's holding back the team, even though it's not his fault. If he was used properly, starting games only rarely and being used as a sub, it would be fine. In this case it seems that both Rodgers and Gerrard couldn't make that happen though.

There's also the problem of high wages to contend with as well.
I have a confession to make, I talked a bit of shit last year, mainly around December I allowed myself to get swooped up in the Neuer has revolutionised keeping with his "sweeper keeper" antics and said he was the best keeper in the world and deserved the Balloon.
I mainly said this, because I thought maybe I do go on about Italians too much. But I realised I cheated myself, I cheated the posters on GAF at the time, I cheated my nation, and most importantly I cheated Gianluigi Buffon.
Neuer is an absolute scrub, to have got beaten at his near post in the CL in successive games is just weak, especially last night.
Buffon was the greatest in 98, he was the greatest in 02, he was the greatest in 06, and he is still the greatest in 15. The only time he was not the greatest was when he was injured and took a while to get back into top form, but we will say he was still the second best in the world between 08-11.
Many Juve fans will be scared tonight and even more scared in the final, but I am not. Why? Because we have Gianluigi Buffon. Messi has players he is comparable to. Buffon has eaten all the competition alive and watched them limp off into the sunset.

Buffon is still utterly brilliant and fucking clutch, but in no way near his "YOU SHALL NOT PASS" form of old. We could beat Barca with that Buffon surely
Neuer, like Iker, only offers shot stopping, which fair enough that's all you want from your keeper but others before them offered more :) and led to less goals and chaos at the back
my money is on De Gea v 2.0
or my bb Petr Cech
and yeah I feel a lot more confident with Gigi in general because of his locker room pep talks and ass slapping loool
Give me a Ronaldo, or Messi one vs one with Buffon and I am going with Buffon. In fact I am a little bit hard thinking about it right now. Messi will most likely throw up at having to see Buffon in that situation and Ronaldo would no doubt overcomplicate the situation because Buffon is in his head and end up triping over himself.
i've been watching buffon do his thing since i was a kid and serie a was the best league in europe. great keeper, respect.
Neuer's jokes when he comes out and does his diving headers.
He's undeniably a very very good keeper but because of the role he plays it calls more attention to that.

It is pretty obvious that a madrid fan of some sort created that terrible picture. A barcelona - juventus final could be one for the ages. It would be special.

I'm devastated he's leaving but am slightly relieved that Rodgers can build the team without having to accommodate a clearly declining player.

Pretty much gk, defence, and midfield we are as good as anyone. We have never been a nation of great strikers, but the current crop are just woeful. In the past the strikers all had something they did well and were a solid unit when playing together. It also helped that there was a certain number 10 in the squad.
It really says a lot that the best two Italian goal scorers and recognised CFs are in their late 30s. And I prefer them to anything else we have seen recently.
Rossi is such a perfect Di Natale clone if he could have stayed fit.

You think that's weird, but there's a even bigger failure of a football player that pretended to be him for years and is now in prison.
Yes, you must do it for all of the footballing family.
If Madrid make it and win : "11, we so leet right now", "2 in a row, never been done before" etc
If we win :"5 CL trophies, we did well"....Madrid fans: "Hahah we have double your amount..."
Save us Pogba

Think he makes one fatal mistake per game in Europe, and his 'passing' or footballing ability in general, dont get me started

Honestly might just prefer Juve to win CL, so we can avoid all the fucking spastics from both the Barca and Real camp fight in here.
