By Frustrated_me Go To PostAre you fucking dense? You don't even know how away goals and aggregate works in CL lol. Don't talk to me about being stupid or not knowing about football.
Do you even watch La Liga?
Go cry about 1 injury lol.
By Marston Go To PostDid Pep just slap his ass?Heh, I pointed that out before. He did it to Rode when he made a tackle by the sideline and then to Muller and Schweini when they came out. Must have watched a lot of American sports during his year in New York. Every coach does it here.
By psychintellect Go To PostSo if Madrid wins 2-1 tomorrow the game goes to extra time because the agg score is tied and both teams would have scored the same amount of away goals, correct?Yep.
Any different score = no extra time.

I watched that last game vs Valencia :D
Tbf right, 5-3 on aggregate to this Barca team with Robben out of both games isn't that bad. Barca fully deserved to go through, but they weren't decimated like last year or 2013 Barca.
By FootballFan Go To PostI watched that last game vs Valencia :DSo basically you don't know sweet fuck all about my team but like to utter "Ronaldo" time to time, a tick you developed over the years from whispering his name through your dreams.
Fuck outta here. Go home and get your shinebox.

Yep, Pep did really well with actual injury problems. About 6 players missing.
Lewandowski and Müller could and should have scored more too

Pep fucked up trying to get that away goal, should have played it safe.

Lol I know that you didn't have an injury crisis and that you're making excuses, that's all.

We're in the CL semi-finals ffs, what excuses? Stop talking to me.
Imagine a Barça - Madrid final.

Reason why Madrid lost the league, is simply because Ancelotti is poor league coach. He has won, what 3 leagues in his 20 years of coaching?
Most points vs La Liga Top 4:
12 out of 15: Barcelona (one match left)
8 out of 18: Valencia
7 out of 15: Atlético Madrid (one match left)
4 out of 18: Real Madrid

Barca is weak against teams that constantly move and attack. My impression of Bayern in Jupp's last year in charge of them was that they always kept the ball going. Like you'd never find them stalling for any long period, it just felt like every pass was connected for a build-up play all the time. Barca who depends on possession 99 % of the time were left clueless. Pep has killed that in Bayern; whatever smooth movement and brlliant connection the players had is mostly gone now, and what Bayern now has is an inferior Barca-style. Tbf it does look like Bayern is toying around less with toki tiki this season but maybe I'm imagining things.

These two legs do nothing to sway my opinion on Pep or Bayern one way or the other. It's madness to think he should be out after two years where he's won the league twice, and reached the semis losing to who I think we all agree is going to be the eventual champions each time.

Nah man Dat injury crisis.
Pray for Madrid.
I hope next season they arent forced to replace their 2 injuries with 40m euro substitutes :(
Lol
Real Madrid lack depths in the bench and Ancelotti doesn't trust Silva and Ilarra and they hven't been great either.....And the alternative to Ronaldo/Bale is Jesè

By FootballFan Go To PostNah wouldn't say the league is ancelotti's fault. He's gr8I told you already he's shit. Madrid have the players to play fantastic football and they play like crap.
They're not even Mourinho-Madrid bad these days.
Like Luis Enrique. Barcelona have never played that dominant football since Tito stopped being the coach. And even then there was a severe drop in quality in comparison to Guardiola.
Guardiola:
Liga: 1º-1º-1º-2º-1º-1º
Copa: 1º-Octavos-Final-1º-1º-Semis
UCL: 1º-Semis-1º-Semis-Semis-Semis.
With arguably the best team in history...

He's got a very poor league record throughout his entire career though.
By Yen Go To PostHow do Juve fans view King Conte now that Allegri has got them further in the CL?He still kickstarted everything, I didn't like his words and most of all where he went to.
Good luck to him, he'll need it from now on.
Amazing narrative being pushed by the madrid fans here, injuries? Hahahhha hahahhha
Your team are just inferior against top opposition on the league, the stats in head to head against the top teams tell you all you need to know. Every team goes through injuries and bad form. you have the depth on the bench of the mariner trench. Your lack of rotations is what may cost you the league. Not injuries, tiredness.
That complex.

Injury crisis, not his fault,
By Phlebas Go To PostNavas on the bench, Silva is better than Illarra.None of them is as good as Modric though, and Modric's injury hit us hard since we were already in shitty form at that point. It's not by pure coincidence that we started performing better when Modric came back from the injury. Illara is nowhere near Modric . Silva, while perhaps better, hasn't been on the team long enough and hasn't gotten much playtime at all (remember how it took Modric like half the season before he actually started being useful?). I wouldn't consider us to have good depth with these two on the bench. James injury also had an impact, but I wouldn't say it was that big. Sure, he's been doing better and better as the season has been going on, but we have good depth further up and Isco did quite a good job during James absence. Navas should have been preferred over Casillas but we all know the story when it comes to that.
Overall I think our biggest reasons for bottling the league and dropping our performance considerably is exhaustion after the Club World Cup and injury to Modric at a time when we were playing bad with no decent backup to replace him. That and simply a team that isn't playing as well this season. Also Perez fucking up the team dynamic every fucking year to bring in a new cuntico probably doesn't help the team much.
edit: and as many above has mentioned: Ancelotti has a poor league record. Not sure how much of the faults you can attribute to him this season though.
Anyway, I am extremely happy that we have made the final. Now we must look to atletico and depor. If we can secure the league quickly it would be great, but even so I realise hat it really is not over yet. We have it in us to mess it up. The atletico game is a cause for concern due to the nature of the opponent. They are very physical and I just hope we manage to come out of the league campaign with no injuries. It's vital in fact.
Congrats Barca slaent on arriving in the final.
