Well, unfortunately I don't think the authorities would move if the evidence wasn't bullet proof.
It's not a violent crime, which I'm sure makes it easier to be conflicted, but what he's accused of certainly is a crime that infers he's greedy and relatively immoral. He can be a good guy with a dark side, like many people are. Seems to be the case here, if what you say is true. He'll have friends and family who do love and respect him; nevertheless, he's part of an odious group of people who have been corrupting the system for years now.

I'm usually not one for America's insistence in trying to solve all the world's problems by swinging their big starred and striped dick about, but this is something in which they have the money, the resources and the knowhow to step in and do something. It's not an Iraq/Afghanistan situation where they rumble in and start blowing shit up. It's one where a bunch of rich men who have become rich through nefarious means get what's coming to them.
