Our manager is in desperate need of some positive PR. Keep talking please, Luis.
The Uruguayan told the website that his former Liverpool manager was key to his development following his £22.7 million move from Ajax in 2011.
"When Brendan was appointed, I was excited. I'd actually spoken to him when he was at Swansea in Spanish, which I thought was a good touch," Suarez said. "He was familiar with the Spanish way of playing, as he'd studied there.
"He was very clever and told me that Liverpool would play possession football, as it would suit me. He helped me with my runs, arriving in the area at the right time and coming in from wide -- rather than just waiting in the middle -- which benefited my confidence.
"We worked hard on finding ways I could isolate players and then try to beat them, man on man. That was the only way I could succeed in England. [...] If you punt a long ball up towards me and one of these [Premier League] defenders, I am not going to win it.
"But the way Liverpool played, with the ball on the floor, and being released very fast to my feet, gave me a chance against the big guys. [...] I wasn't proven and I had to adapt to the Premier League, which Brendan knew. He knows all about English football and he educated me to become successful."

Junited getting shit done finally!
we've also signed three players so far, Dybakla, Khedira and Neto.
Neto might actually end up being Brazil's first choice keeper in Copa America after Diego Alves did his ACL.

By Plasma Go To PostSky Sports News saying that Spurs are going to bid 12m for Ings, isn't he out of contract?
Perhaps they came to an arrangement with the club and player where he signs a new contract to get a transfer fee from Spurs.

Good lord
Goncalo Lopes said we'd signed Garay. Done deal. He's also said we've signed Gaitan before. Multiple times.
I'm calling incorrigible fraud. And twat.
Will be the third time we've signed Gaitan. Much like Garay I'll believe it when he's stood there holding up the shirt.

Garay is a better CB than any CB you have in your squad. Or all of them put together.

I think it's more humiliating when your players leave you for Russia tbh
I was looking forward to a Chiellini-Bruno Alves partnership but the suka went to TURKEY

Extraordinarily Leoz has also been accused of requesting a knighthood in return for supporting England's bid for the World Cup (despite the fact that non-British nationals are obviously not eligible).
Email correspondence later revealed Leoz asked for the FA Cup to be named after him.

and then be named after a title that Ashley Cole has won multiple times

That's good news about Ings if true, put the money on the table and get it done. We can't be losing transfer targets to Liverpool, it's against nature.

Precisely our problem. From last season even.
Jesus.

Aye. Better if they were questioned by wild dogs.
To be honest, I think we've long passed any conceivable scandal threshold with regard to Qatar. The intensity of fucking shameful wickedness emanating from that place should should need no recapitulation, no expansion, no more confirmation.
Yes, a dozen brutally exploited migrant workers burned alive today.
But look, this one is bringing a flatscreen tv back to the Philippines.

This is more than just a wild stab by a headline-hungry AG. Federal criminal indictments have an astonishingly high conviction rate in this country, like over 80 93 percent. Because so much more is required of federal prosecutors. You can't just convince a federal judge that there is probable cause, like in state court. You have to win over a federal grand jury to get the indictment. Especially with corruption, conspiracy, racketeering, wire fraud-type cases, a federal prosecutor is not going to move forward on something this high profile without airtight evidence and testimony. There's probably reams and gigabytes of rock solid financial records and emails, I bet. The fact the Swiss are swiftly assisting with arrests and extradition seals it, for me.
There's also no parole in federal prison. And there are sentence enhancements to the moon for these kinds of white-collar crimes under federal sentencing guidelines.
TLDR - Blatter's boys are srsly fucked. Srsly.

Understand that, despite reports in Portugal today, Nicolas Gaitan is not one of United's targets. Just like the last time.

Someone will. In fact they'll be racing to I'd imagine. You're looking at big sentences, and you don't want to try and get out of it by offering information only to find out that someone else has already flipped and they don't need yours.
